- Spent allot of time in front of my computer being annoyed at editing software or insignificant stuff that shouldnt have happend so maybe the script or areas are other lacking if so my bad anyway I wanted to ''elaborate'' here on some other stage ruleset esque things even though no1 is probably going to read this.
4 bans on game 1 and 3 bans on game 2 onwards is more then enough to compensate for the amount of stages, its also enough that there is no reason to have DSR. But then again no ruleset should have DSR because its a stupid rule. ok thats it

I love it when people use donkey kong as a unit of measurement
The real crime of the stagelists is that wily castle isnt there smh
the graphics go insane wtf 💀💀
you really deserve more subscribers if you’re putting in this much work fr
I demand a ruleset where it's 125M, Great Cave Offensive, and New Pork City. Hazards on for all 3. *Especially New Pork City*
There needs to be warioware in the ruleset for it to be the best
I really don't understand why most Ultimate players hate even the smallest of slopes. Whatever it takes to keep Lylat off the stage list, I guess.
I dont understand it either, lylat has some offstage jank that make people dislike it aswell though.
@@AnActualEgg1 I’m fine with Lylat being gone tho ngl
As a peach player slopes fuck up your character HARD. Even a slight slope makes ground level floats not work. If you go uphill it eats your input and if you go downhill it messes up your combo timing. I know it's just one character, but it's a huge deal to her at least.
@@harveyharutunyan7360I think a big part of the frustration is that some characters seem to have the stage list made to suit them while other characters seem to have their good stages banned intentionally. I know that the truth isn't that simple, but I definitely think there's a public perception that the stage list is tailored to keep certain archetypes, play styles, or characters in the meta.
@@harveyharutunyan7360 "oh no i cant float on the ground" cope harder
W content like always! Keep up the great work egg
tsthanks
Adapting to the lay of the land is kind of fundamental for a platform fighter, especially one where characters can have wildly different KO options
I love this video SO MUCH! I genuinely love conversations with people over rulesets and stages, and it's one of my favorite things to talk to people about in the game.
Good vid, this is the second video of yours I’ve enjoyed so you earned a sub!
So many awesome smash ultimate channels have been popping into my feed and I'm all for it
Dude your channel deserves more eyes. So with that I am now subbed :D
Yoshi Story, automatic no
Still don't understand Northern Cave not being legal. "Oh it's got too distracting of a background." And FD doesn't? Hell, I've known someone who was distracted by Town and City. We had to put up with Lylat for all of 4 and Brawl, which had a distracting background and then some, but now we get a much more neutral stage and now one small complaint gets it banned?
Exactly I never understood why Yoshis or lylat were takin out of the rules
as a melee player not seeing randal in ultimate pains me
mega mindset
How do you only have 1k subs???? You're gonna pop off soon keep it up!
Good video but didn't mention that the rules has 3 long stages and 2 short ones. It's at least better than the American rulesets but still lacking something. I'd prefer one of the following:
Battlefield
FD
Smashville
Town
Ps2
Yoshis story
Lylat
Kalos
Yoshis island
Battlefield
FD
Smashville
Town
Ps2
Yoshis story
Lylat
Unova
Hollow bastion
I Included lylat in both and unova in the 2nd one just so the blastzones are a bit more balanced out. I get that some people don't like slants but I don't think they're as game changing as people think. And if they are, you struck to the stage so you should adapt in my opinion. :3
interesting
too bad ridley is the worst character in the game on every stage! unlucky!
this is true!!!
Whats the point of banning stages if stage is chosen first, giving both players equal access and information to pick characters that suit the stage
Not everyone plays multiple characters
Very good video. Very bad ruleset. The US's Midwest Unified is optimal.

wario ware
i'd love this because fuck lylat in the aus ruleset, nobody likes that stage, why is it legal?
All my homies hate yoshis story
Great video though
All my homies love yoshis story
@@AnActualEgg1 I'm curious actually though because although I dislike Story a lot (mostly because my character does garbage on it[DDD], I like playing other chars on it tho) I am a very big Yoshi's Island enthusiast.
I've heard it's a counter pick stage in some regions. What to you think of it? Balanced? Would you disapprove of the more wonky slants? Yoshi's island manages to make my top spot of stages that have been played on competitively, and I love the slants in the middle and on the sides. The middle slants can allow you to game really hard imo and take advantage of hitboxes your character or the opponents has at times and creates an interesting dynamic. Or it fucks you over but, that's part of the dynamic too 😂. Additionally, it's really cute.
@@Fredysaurus I think yoshis island would work fine as a stage in competitive its just that there is unfortunately not really a need imo for it to be in rulesets as there are just better stages.
bro, its a really good informative video, but the sound of the game is so fucking loud and your voice is so quiet that i cant even understand anything
