Hi Raluca! I have not yet tried this but according to me, you should follow these steps:- (1) Insert text boxes and enter the desired text. (2) Animate them and apply any desired entrance and exit effects, in the order you want them to appear. (3) In the animations pane, select all these effects and select start with previous. (4) Now the important part, add delay to each and every effect. (5) Add a delay of 1 SECOND to the entrance effect of your first text box. (6) Lets assume you want to show it for 5 secs. So add a delay of 6 SECONDS {1+5} to the exit effect of first text box. (7) Similarly , add delay of 7 SECONDS to the entrance effect of second text box and a delay of 12 SECONDS {7+5} to the exit effect of the same. (8) Keep adding delay to the other effects also. (9) You will find the option to add delay under the timings tab of the effects options of the desired effect. I Hope this helps. If you still have anu doubt , feel free to aak. Thanks for watching! 😀

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for adding the text to voice narration to your tutorial. Many publishers who either wish not to record their own voices narrating (like myself!) or who don't speak a particular language very well choose to simply type out the steps for their viewer to follow as the screen recording progresses. These are practically useless, especially in complex and long processes requiring the viewer to follow very closely. At least with the text to voice option, viewers (like myself!) can focus their eyes on the actions and let their ears focus on the instructions - much better for comprehension and retention of information. Great job!

Please do remember to select start with previous to all effects otherwise other effects will get disturbed. Only play with delay option.
