Hi! Glad that you liked my video. To edit the path, select your drawn path and go to the effect options tab (presebt at the top menu bar) and choose edit points. Then change the position of the corner points of the path to edit its shape.

I'm pretty sure that every shape has a text option in it. Write the text in the bubble, select the text and the bubble together with (Shift+Left click) and then group it with (Ctrl+G) then finally animate it. I'm not so sure since I just started but I hope it'll work.

You can simply copy paste the bubble with the effects applied and then edit the points of the motion path of the new bubble and also change its speed to add variations in both the bubbles.
