  • 每一口都有滿滿的蛋沙拉,超幸福的!這個「有點講究的蛋沙拉」口感濃郁滑順,乍看像邪惡的高熱量食物,其實用優格取代部分美乃滋後,變成一款低脂高蛋白的超讚沙拉,加上大人口味的第戎芥末醬,吃起來甚至有一點高級感。
    :食譜:
    食材▼
    熱狗麵包 3 個
    雞蛋 4 顆
    日式美乃滋 30 g
    希臘優格 30 g
    第戎芥末醬 1 小匙
    鹽 1/8小匙
    黑胡椒 1/8 小匙
    蒜粉 1/8 小匙

    This is my BEST egg salad sandwich recipe! The super creamy egg salad is perfectly pairing to the soft hot dog bun. I added 2 secret ingredients into the egg salad to boost the flavor and the best part, lower calories at the same time! The hot dog bun is made with utane dough by myself, so its texture is extra soft even on the next day.

    Ingredients▼
    hot dog bun, 3
    egg, 4
    kewpie mayonnaise, 30 g
    Greek yogurt, 30 g
    Dijon mustard, 1 tsp
    salt, 1/8 tsp
    black pepper, 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder, 1/8 tsp

    :Instruction:
    1. Pour 0.7 cup of water into Tatung rice cooker.
    2. Place eggs into the cooker.
    3. Turn on to cook the eggs thoroughly.
    4. Sprinkle a little water on frozen hot dog buns.
    5. Put the buns into a convection oven.
    6. Bake the bread to defrost for 2 min.
    7. Take out the cooked eggs.
    8. Rinse and soak the eggs for 10 min. to cool down.
    9. When eggs cooled down completely, remove the egg shell.
    10. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
    11. Crush the egg yolks by a fork.
    12. Add Japanese mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard.
    13. Stir and mix them well until creamy and smooth.
    14. Finely chop the egg whites by fork and butter spreader.
    15. Add salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
    16. Mix them well.
    17. Mix the egg yolks mixture and egg whites well.
    18. Take out the heated buns from the oven.
    19. Cut the bun from the middle.
    20. Open the bun as wide as possible.
    21. Add big scoops on the middle of the bun.
    22. Add small scoops on both sides of the bun.
    23. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning on the top.
    24. Enjoy!

      喜歡甜一點當然可以加糖,我自己是都沒加糖!
