Yes. We do it all the time. The drone fits in the big compartment bottom, the remote in same but small divider section leaving a space for a couple of batteries. In the top section under the shell we can still fit a Sony a7Riv with moderate lens and the shell section is free along with the small side pocket and flatter accessories pocket. You can then add large or small pouches externally if needed.

The Plan B looks too small to fit a DSLR in the top like the photos show. Too bad they didn't use this video as an opportunity to PUT A CAMERA IN THE PHOTO BAG.
