I love their products, I really do. But the tritium extractor really doesn't have that much of a benefit. It's neat, I'm sure it'll meet the "chicks dig it" aspect of gear gathering. It's just not for me. I hope they make a ton of money off other people with it though, it'll mean they can put more R&D into making things they do very well, their packs.
