    I have 2 of these bags. One for climbing, one for my rifle. Absolutely love them and recommend it to anyone. The only things I’d critique is the lack of color options. I would of really preferred a green color option as it’s all woods by me. I solved this by spray painting one of the tan bags to get the desired color. The other complaint I have is the bottom straps. It’s very hard to feed rope into them even with loosening them the entire way and having to shimmy the rope sideways. A simple fix to this would be adding a buckle to each strap so that I can just place it and then cinch down the traps after buckling them. I’ve also noticed that the rope loves to work its way out of the bottom straps as well over long hikes. These bags are the best around tho. The 2 points on the top are great load points for using the bag in a haul setup. The amount of stuff you can put into these bags is insane. I have no problems bringing 75m of 11mm rope, ice axes, helmet, crampons, slings and quickdraws all in the bag. The only thing that doesn’t fit is the actual harness which I’ll just wear on the hike. This is the bag you want if you do any sort of hiking or mountaineering.

      That’s a lot of valuable feedback! Do you literally have two Drawbridges or two Hazard 4 packs in general? One of the issues with colors is that even coyote - which would seem universal - is outsold by lack 6-1. So it’s always a hard call to add colors. Though black is the hardest to photograph for us and we love lighter colors in the design department.

      @@Hazard4Tactical I have 2 drawbridges! One black, one tan. Coyote definitely seems to be the more universal color, it just does not work for my environment sadly. I throw on a white and black cover for the winter to blend in as buying a 3rd drawbridge would be somewhat absurd. They’re set up for just completely different needs and I got tired of taking stuff out of the bags every time I wanted to use one for the other purpose. Using 550 cord, you can make a quick center point on the top of the bag through the 2 points. This allows for the bag to evenly distribute the weight when you throw it on a hook of a tripod. I like this design a lot more than just a single point on top just because it gives me more options on how I setup the bag. My rifle bag has a tripod, spotting scope, 10 mags, 2 drums, food, range finders, suppressor, camelbak, ghillie suit, and then my 20” .308. Since the rifle is so long, I like that I can lower the “‘rifle cubby” so my barrel doesn’t hit tree branches and get caught up while in the woods. Once I through on a folding stock adapter on the Dmr, it made it the perfect length where it wasn’t hitting the back of my knees anymore. The Bag is super modular and can fit almost any task thrown at it.

    now this is aa 300 eu backpack , compare the handle stiches with a normal 50 euro militech bag and you will see the militech was made for actual heavy duty work , for this price the sewings and stiching should be much much more secure and well made , i have both.
    what im saying is for that price it should be full field tested , like how do you test the handle ?
    you load the bag to the max Litres available and run around with it for long periods of time by holding it from the handle , now does it hold? does it do damage to the handle stiches ? reinforce it
    im just sad the bag is more for eyecandy than fanctionality when it could be both for that price

      Hi. The interior perimeter sides are fuzzy-lined for velcro. So is the back hydration/laptop area. Those are the areas you can add velcro-backed pouches etc. Hope that helps and thanks for your support!

    Why the price difference between the gray pack from the others? Is the material used different? Not as heavy duty but lighter for casual use?

    • @Hazard4Tactical
      @Hazard4Tactical  3 года назад +1

      Hi. Yes, the fabric is lighter but less abrasion resistant and made more for urban use where it won’t likely be dragged over rocks etc. also the grey ones sometimes have less external molle modular webbing which saves on material and labor. But we have yet to see any warranty difference from these so for most users they seem plenty strong enough for intended uses.

    • @Hazard4Tactical
      @Hazard4Tactical  3 года назад

      @@brents4225 one other major difference is that Blastwall has a side port so you can access a camera while the pack is pulled to the chest (since it’s a big sling pack with a hip belt essentially.) we kept the sidewall of the Pillbox unbroken so there is less chance of that camera slipping out when the pack is laid down and opened up on a flat surface.

    Is it water resistant or rain proof?

    • @Hazard4Tactical
      @Hazard4Tactical  4 года назад +3

      Antonio Botello water resistant- nothing with zippers is ever rain proof. For real waterproof it has to be made of a rubber type non-woven material with glued and welded seams kind of like a dry-bag. And it has to have roll-up access instead of zippers. But these are heavy, stiff and with few access points more suited to boating. Most people are ill put some kind of a simple pack cover over non-dry packs to get the best of both worlds.

    • @Hazard4Tactical
      @Hazard4Tactical  3 года назад +1

      We’ve had complaints in the past that we don’t add enough side pouches that are obvious vs molle fields. So on this one we split the difference and did one side pouch, one side molle. Thanks for your input though, sounds like there is still a vote from in the all-modular camp.
