Jomsom1 (VNJS) Nepal approach and landing

Jomsom Airport in Nepal is known as one of the world's most dangerous airfields with short runway. It resides at an elevation of 8,800 feet (2,682 m).
I heard about this airport from friends that just cam back from a world trip and told me about their flight to Jomsom at the Himalaya mountains section named Annapurna over 8000m and peaks that are among the world's most dangerous mountains to climb.
A day after their flight, on 16th of May 2013, Nepal Airlines Flight 555 carrying 21 people crashed on the bank of the Kaligandaki River (the plane's brakes failed while landing). Fortunately no one was killed.
For me it was one of the most difficult runway to land, mostly because of the need to descend on short distance while flying in a narrow winding valley with quick changing terrain contour and levels. The local weather is unstable with fog and changing sight distance. During landing I have to deal with strong side winds.
I had to choose planes for training that are able to land with low speed on short runway and after take-off climb steeply.
The KingAir C90B has difficulties to climb steeply but suitable for landing.
The Sherpa K650 is climbing on shorts way but not the right plane to land at Jomsom runway.
One of the best chooses was my new acquisition the Pilatus PC-12 from STMA. First time flying I tried to land in JOMSOM with astonishing results!
The biggest plane I tried was the Dornier Do-328. After some landings (the plane shot over the runway) it works.....

This is a serious flight simulator named X-Plane. It is not a game. If you want simulate real flights you have to learn how to do it and accept all flight rolls and technic. Read more about under X-Plane on internet...
