I want to share mine too..
1. Praying with the Team.
2. Welcoming People.
3. Leading people into prayer of confession.
4. Reading a bible verse too and sharing some short insight in the way that i still leading them.
5. Declaring spirit of praise and worship.

Well , what I do before leading worship is to Mediate on a particular scripture after welcoming them . Thanks very insightful
