Not really . Eros in the comics has sex with alot of women , charming & many people likes him . Is that not harry styles whole career ?? Lol I think most people (men) insecurities are showing because they judging somebody base off knowing the females they want they can't have because they want harry. There's nothing else nobody can judge harry off of other then that reason .

The Celestials are always experimenting. The Deviants were a failed experiment. So maybe Ego and Thanos are experiments.
As for the Asgardians, Asgard is a floating chunk of rock, what if it was a surviving piece of a planet that birthed a Celestial? Maybe the ancestors of the Asgardians found out that their planet had a Celestial and they managed to shield a chunk of their planet from destruction and that became Asgard.
But ego was also a celestial..and celestial only experiment on lesser kind to themselves..

A’lars or Mentor as he’s often called actually created DRAX THE DESTROYER with the specific purpose of killing the Mad Titan, Thanos. Drax actually fulfills his duty during the Annihilation War when he ripped Thanos beating heart out of his chest.

An iconic comic moment right there. Drax’s hand protruding from Thanos’ chest while still holding his beating heart, and Thanos looking at his own heart and saying: “… interesting”. I loved that moment so much haha
But he didn't really die right?? Wasn't after the Annihilation War that Nova, Quill and Thanos got trapped in the cancerverse?
@@hatelion no he was dead. He was just like the majority of popular comic characters who died, he came back.
There is a throw away line about Titan being 8° off its axis and the gravitational pull is all over the place, so I think there was at least a partial emergence. Global famine dose not tilt a planet.
The famine and death could have resulted in the celestial not having enough energy when it tried to emerge and essentially being stillborn.
Yeah I've always been waiting for this to be explained more. I don't think they would've thrown it in if it wasn't a reference towards future material, and now here we are bringing Titan back in.
He actually did a good job acting in Dunkirk. I’m not surprised he’s getting cast in more roles! The next movie he’s starring in, alongside Florence Pugh and Gemma Chan, looks very promising as well (Don’t Worry Darling).
I don’t think anyone saw his acting career coming, but he’s a very charismatic and charming person. It’ll be interesting to see what else he’ll be cast in in the future.
Can't wait to see how he interacts with the other characters! He might push the boundary in a way where you love him, but also question his methods. Lol
Wasn't a fan of harry's work. But he felt pretty cool in the scene, the humor his character has works pretty good with him

im looking forward to seeing how peter quill's heritage is handled... im also curious to see if they put a different spin on Ego spreading his spawn around the universe, like he was trying to corrupt the other gestating celestials, or speed up their emergences since he was truly lonely.
Ego was cancer. He trying spread himself on the other planets. Not to his children, he didn't care about them only his plan.

Once Upon a Time covered the complicated family tree at dinner.
The evil queen eating with snow white, prince charming, their two children, their grandson, rumplestiltskin who's their grandsons grandpa who's married to belle who has a child. Granny is also there.
Why isn't anyone talking about how there are Eros (god of love) and Thanatos (god of death) in greek mythology? I mean Thanatos is clearly derived from Thanos (in MCU of course). And Eros and Thanatos represent two opposites in literature.

@@NikephorosCaesar i did not mean that Thanatos is derived from Thanos in our world (i am aware that thanos is from comics), but I meant in the MCU where for example mythical hero Icarus was named after Eternal Ikaris

Thanos's and Eros's creator Jim Starling talked about this, it's intentional.

That when the Celestial was killed and it's head becoming the space station Nowhere, the brain was separated and survived to become Ego.

That is a good idea but what is the organic matter they were mining in nowhere, everything but the brain?
The connection between the Eternals and Asgardians noted in this video made me wonder for the first time if Eros might be in Thor: Love and Thunder, to further play with the title. Also feels like Taika Waititi would be the best director to build out Eros as a character. A long shot, I’m sure, but would be fun!

Of course they must. Thor is almost 4,000 years old in the MCU and the eternals are around 7,000 years old so they must have met each other in the past

I always thought it would be cool if Titan did have an emergence and that's what causes Titans destruction. What if this caused Thanos to want to wipe out half the population, thus sparring all other worlds from what his home endured. All I'm saying is that Thanos is the true hero.
Omggg.. making it why he wanted to wipe out half the population, he could have been delaying the emergence of every other planet
But this is why the Thanos explanation in Eternals makes no sense. They said they could not interfere with conflicts of earth. But what Thanos was doing would have interupted the emergence on earth as well as any other seeded planet in the universe. This would have directly made it a celestial/Eternal problem. Obviously, it's about plot. If the Eternals and/or celestials interfered, Thanos would not have gotten far. Also, the Eternals said they were not wiped by the blip. So if Thanos is an Eternal in canon, why was he able to be wiped out by Tony's snap? There seems to be a lot of plot holes that need explaining or fixing

Do you guys think that Star lord does still have his Celestial powers? I know Ego said that if Peter kills him he would lose his powers and seemingly he did (?) . but he still does have his Celestial genes after all. I think his powers might have gone temporarily and maybe we will see him with his powers again? I don't know if this happens but if it does , that would be really cool.
I could see that. Maybe they won’t be awakened until he connects to another Celestial or maybe an Eternal. Weirder things have happened.

Just a thought. What if the reason for Earth Eternals being Synthetic (created by Arashem) while Titan Eternals are not (because Thanos bled and got his head chopped off) is because they were created by another Eternal.
What if to keep it simple, since we know Knowhere is the head of an Eternal, that could have been the creator for the Titan's Eternal. And since it is dead, there is no one to keep them in check. That is why they are more freely able to do what they want after millenia of not being monitored by their Eternal. Since they lost their purpose, Titan basically went to sh*t and that is how the seed inside Titan never hatched.
The Eternals of Earth could also be a later creation where Celestials found that using Synthetics is more "convenient" for their purpose rather than creating Organic Eternals like Eros and Thanos as they could reproduce and maybe the instructions "encoded" into the Organic Eternals also waned/weakened as you go down a generation or two, thereby rendering not fit for the Celestials purpose anymore. And they could even more freely choose to rebel against their creators.
*Celestial. The head of knowhere is the head of a Celestial. Not an eternal.
What if Ego was the brain of Knowhere. After Knowhere died, its brain became the planet of Ego

I think that Ego's claim to be a "celestial" wasn't literal truth, but more a bit of self aggrandizing.
Even if he was being literal, marvel practically retconed the mcu. Ego has no relation with celestials now. As it always should be.

@@abrahamherrera7023 I think Ego was a celestial and that’s why he wanted Quill so he can begin his emergence. The celestials have been around for thousands of years. They probably have to wait to begin the emergence. Hence why Arishem began after Thanos and the avengers fight because I think the snap did something the celestisls need to do it.
I think he's a Celestial experiment to produce a Celestial without destroying the planet. But he's cast out as a failure and as revenge he tries to corrupt every planet so it's like him.
Could u maybe do a video about other eternals that Druig, Thena and Makkari might come across during their search for other eternals ?

What if in the MCU Thanos and Aeros have the same father but different mothers? What if the deviants on titans evolved way further than the ones shown on earth? To the point where they mixed into titan society? Alars could have had an affair that resulted in Thanos being born.

I think he’s below the celestial because in the comics the celestials wage war on the watchers in an unknown galaxy
i’m excited to see how ego is a celestial. wether he was a gestation failure or the consciousness of knowwhere that somehow formed into a brain / planet. Really really hype to see love and thunder now as that’s our next cosmic adventure which could possibly include some eternals!

Rather than Eros being given the sphere as the lead Eternal I expect it was A'lars' and when something happened to A'lars it was passed on to Eros.

I know that p but in thor the dark world it was revealed that the darkelves predate the universe, they existed in the void. So before the universe came to be, we know atleast that the void was populated by the darkelves and arishem.
I have a feeling that they will introduce knull and will reveal that the darkelves worshiped knull.

You're kinda mixing things up too much. Earth X is an alternate reality. The Eternals of Titan came from Earth and left Earth, so there's no baby Celestial in Titan. The Titan Eternals abandoned their duties on Earth.

Just so long as they don't belittle Eternity like they did exposing us to the talking Celestials in a movie about the Justice League fighting dogs. Anyone gonna mention the size difference between Eson and the rest of the celestials? In the comics they were all about the size of eson when we see him in guardians but in eternals some are evidently bigger than planets and others like Tiamat came out of the core and was nearly the size of earth
Maybe since thanos is an eternal, he disagreed with the celestials plan to destroy titan. That could be the original reason he wanted to kill half the population. So that it couldn't reach the critical mass
