This meditation is the only one I've found that can actually bring me back from the depths of an anxiety attack. I'm refreshed and ready to go now! I've always been afraid of the sea and imagining looking over the side of the boat is always worrying but as soon as the bird comes down I'm focused and calm again

So happy I found these meditation videos. Whenever I feel some anxiety coming on (before going out in to the hectic world), I listen to some of these and it works great. To the point, I'm so relaxed that I feel I may doze off.
I’m in a Montana snowstorm, it’s gotten so cold tonight and will dip below 0° the next couple of days. I could imagine the turquoise water and seeing right through it to the rippled sand on the bottom just a few feet down. I could imagine the magical-like bird and a ball like a glowing crystal that had changed from anxiety to hope and peace and everything positive. Thank you.
i suffer from anxiety and struggle with self harm, and of all of the guided meditations i've watched by you guys this one is by far my favorite. ive been trying to use it every time i feel the urge to harm myself, since my therapist and i have not been able to find anything that really works yet. it's only been a week but so far so good! thank u so much for making these!

This used to be on 7CupsOfTea, I remember using it years ago to help with anxiety. The visual of it all never left my head. Now, just time to find the "letting go" one where you imagine balloons as stressors and watch them pop. Became a huge grounding technique for me, whenever im hung up on something small, I imagine it as a colored balloon, deep breath in, let go, out and pop. Thank you for this :)

This relaxed me so much that I actually fell asleep, I've woken up with a headache but with a clearer mind that the headache doesn't seem to bothered me. I don't remember what my fear was before listening to this video and now all I feel is a headache and hunger. Maybe I was hungry to begin with but never felt it till right now. Thank you for this calming video.

It's helping me everyday because i got social anxiety and since i started to meditate daily with this video and some others, i feel happy for the first time of my life, and it also helped to face my phobia of frogs, i listen to this video and in the same time watch videos of frogs because i used to get panic attacks even just by watching videos of frogs or pictures. I just wanted to say thank you. Things have been tumultuous the last several months and at first, I found myself struggling to cope. My anxiety was in a place worse than it had ever been, spiraling out of control as I felt helpless and alone. Not only had quarantine left me feeling unmotivated, but troubles with my girlfriend arose at the same time due to her inability to reassure me when I needed it the most. I'd hit the metaphorical rock bottom until I finally decided to make some changes in my life for the better. I started meditating on a daily basis with videos like this just as a mindfulness exercise to keep me grounded and help me push forward with confidence and comfort. I began talking to a therapist via zoom, and he has been helping me develop incredible new strategies for handling my anxiety healthily: Acknowledging my true feelings and letting them run their course, checking in on the facts that prove that I am safe and strong, and teaching me how to forgive myself. Because of that, things have been considerably less difficult. Of course, some days are harder than others, but that's ok. I'm only getting better and continuing to grow, and forgiving myself helps my mood incredibly. So, I am grateful for videos and channels such as this one. You guys have helped me take an incredibly hard time in my life and make it bearable. In fact, it's allowed me to flourish to an extent, resulting in a positive change in my entire philosophy. There is hope, and we'll all get through this. I know that now, and I thank you for helping me realize that. I look forward to listening to you more going forward and I hope everyone can have similar positive growth thanks to your influence. Much love to all of you.
I found myself crying in the middle of this meditation. And for some reason envisioned the world peace leader AMMA when doing this and I was like whoa. I found myself again upset when talking about the bird leaving, feeling like I was back to ground zero again. I will be trying this again though, to become more confident in myself. Thanks for another meditation for anxiety. I like that this one isn't too long; perfect for a break. Though I love the ocean, it would be wonderful to have other short 10 to 15 minute videos focused on relaxing anxiety, but with different themes; for instance, a forest theme would be awesome. I have used the original one this is based on before several times. I also enjoy your half-hour sleep countdown.

I've done this one twice before work on different weeks. I somehow fall asleep right after the description of the flowers and woods and wake up feeling pretty relaxed around 9-10 minutes and listen to the rest. Pretty awesome.

I believe that it is curable, the brain can un-learn it. Anxiety is mostly our amygdalas and limbic systems going crazy and this can be retrained. Meditations help with that, then there are lots of CBT and NLP tools that help most people. I'm working on this for six months now and my anxiety levels slowly drop, there are lots of ups and downs, but with time and practice I think everyone can get rid of these horrible conditions.
+Lina Lemon thanks Lina for your advice. I never realized how many people struggle with this and how it affects people physically. I've been struggling on and off since my mid 20's Believe me I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
I have a genetic anomaly in which the MTHFR gene doesn't do its job of producing folic acid to assist the neurotransmitters to enter the blood stream. The brain is busy producing the endorphins, but they don't get to do their job because the door is closed. I am taking supplements of pure l-methylfolate to get the feel-good neurotransmitters into the blood stream and bring me to a better place. I also have cyclothymic disorder, which is a mild form of bipolar disorder. Have learned all this through genetic testing this year, at aqe 61. There are medications for depression/anxiety that are counterproductive or dangerous with the MTHFR mutation, and I've probably taken them all. Sigh. It's a habit for my brain to default to negative and worry/obsession. Working on relearning and redirecting.
Becki Heusel so many pieces to this puzzle for each of us, right? I've heared of MTHFR gene mutations many times, it's very common in people with chronic illnesses which have neuro-psychological components to them. Glad you finally found some help, it's never too late to treat these kinds of things, the brain is ever-changing. I like reading about neuroplasticity for motivation to keep at rewiring my brain. It's amazing stuff
It's not a complete fix yet. I still battle with resilience after a stressful event. It might take a few days, but at least my moods aren't swinging back and forth. I'm still taking Cymbalta and have started Lamictal to stabilize the moods. Right now I'm in the middle of a series of stressful life events, which might make even a stable person feel a little overwhelmed. Sometimes I forget that everyone goes through dark times.

I needed this meditation. Because on Sunday I have Karate grading coming up. I have to practice my Kata"Jiin", I know all the moves, but I get worried when doing these Katas. I always think I might mess up and make a fool of myself. However thanks to your meditation, I now have nothing to worry about. I'll see how I'll do. Thanks The Honest Guys
Thank you once again. The Karate grading went well and I got my belt. I had music playing in my head from your meditations and kept me focused and not worrying about anything. At first when I entered I was nervous, but then I came in with confidants. My dad is even impressed with me, so thank you once again. Iv tried many meditation vedios and this easily tops them all. I really struggle with meditation as my mind wonders so easily and I think about all the things that cause my anxiety. Its nice to have some to focus on 😌

I get panic attacks and anxiety only thing that helped me was working out, it kept my mind off things, it thought me how to take a deep breath from my stomach instead of my cheat
was scrolling through your videos, feeling unhappy due to excessive negative thoughts, then, something catches my eye; 77,777 views. i figured 'okaay, guess i'm meant to do this one...' and now.. i'm not much of a fan of beach scenes, but this one made me feel soo relaxed.. i particularly liked the music, i just laid there for a couple minutes feeling peaceful, even if there were noises around me that would've disturbed me before, even if my muscles felt tense carrying fear, still.. i also seemed to automatically think of the black ball falling out of my hands and rolling around the floor of the boat, me not doing anything, just going ''oops'' and watching. i'm guessing this relates to my tendancy to go to negativity, knowing it's bad and i should stop, but not doing anything about it just because i'm soo used to it, it's a comfort zone. thank you for this, i'll listen to another, perhaps a sleep one because i felt that i could sleep by the end of this, and yaay long meditations even if i don't sleep

I needed this meditation. Because on Sunday I have Karate grading coming up. I have to practice my Kata"Jiin", I know all the moves, but I get worried when doing these Katas. I always think I might mess up and make a fool of myself. However thanks to your meditation, I now have nothing to worry about. I'll see how I'll do.

Thank you once again. The Karate grading went well and I got my belt. I had music playing in my head from your meditations and kept me focused and not worrying about anything.
At first when I entered I was nervous, but then I came in with confidants. My dad is even impressed with me, so thank you once again. Your meditation are always enjoyable to come back to and feel relaxed and calmed.

Iv tried many meditation vedios and this easily tops them all. I really struggle with meditation as my mind wonders so easily and I think about all the things that cause my anxiety. Its nice to have some to focus on 😌

I love this one, although I wish it was said it's a remade old audio.. I listen to these in my bed, using wireless headphones, away from my computer and I can't stop it once it's launched. So it's always a little annoying to discover it's not actually a new video and so the meditation's effects aren't as powerful.. (I know this one by heart haha) Thank you! :)
Really had a strange week, thought I was fine with everything but went out for a run earlier & almost had a panic attack. I came back and knew some meditation would calm my mind. Glad I picked this one. It worked🧘♂️🙏😊💚

wow this totally cleared my anxiety not fully :) but it was enough to clear my head i suffer from strong anxiety and depression :( can people comment if this really helped with your panic attacks ?

I get panic attacks and anxiety only thing that helped me was working out, it kept my mind off things, it thought me how to take a deep breath from my stomach instead of my cheat
was scrolling through your videos, feeling unhappy due to excessive negative thoughts, then, something catches my eye;

i figured 'okaay, guess i'm meant to do this one...' and now..
i'm not much of a fan of beach scenes, but this one made me feel soo relaxed..
i particularly liked the music, i just laid there for a couple minutes feeling peaceful, even if there were noises around me that would've disturbed me before, even if my muscles felt tense carrying fear, still..
i also seemed to automatically think of the black ball falling out of my hands and rolling around the floor of the boat, me not doing anything, just going ''oops'' and watching. i'm guessing this relates to my tendancy to go to negativity, knowing it's bad and i should stop, but not doing anything about it just because i'm soo used to it, it's a comfort zone.
thank you for this, i'll listen to another, perhaps a sleep one because i felt that i could sleep by the end of this, and yaay long meditations even if i don't sleep
