A lore accurate LotR mod? Now I have a reason to get RTW Remastered! It'll be interesting to see how the gameplay differs from Fourth Age Total War and the Wainriders mod. Just as a heads up though, I spotted the Othram is the wrong colour in the strategic model for Minas Tirith - it should be made of the same black stone as Orthanc.
The other mod, Lord of the Rings Remastered, is wholly based around the films and that covers armour design, settlement design, scripts and characters. This mod, Middle- Earth total war, is based on the books so all armour designs, settlements etc are designed based on what Tolkien wrote directly. Its not intended to be a competitor, rather its another lord of the rings mod to experience. In my opinion both mods are great.
I have been waiting for a mod like this to come out ever since remastered was released! Patience will pay off at last
Nice! It looks crisp and clean.

what will be the main differences between this one and the other released LOTR mod?

Will this be available in the steam workshop?
Are you using book descriptions only or some early artwork and depictions too? Love the idea very unique
