I love your relationship with your wife and how you consult her. I do the same though she doesn't have any deeper insights.
Also, you are very humble guy like when you said "I know" and how you feel butterflies when investing.

Love this video! I’m a beginner too. Just about ready to refinance a Brrrr I started 2 yrs ago. Sweat equity on my primary home to be able to use a heloc to get into my first investment, used all my resources to get to the finish line. I’ve used all my own money and credit and did all the work myself. This has been a 6yr journey.
These videos give me the confidence to use hard money and contractors on my next ones. Keep up the great work! You inspire others.

But even with a hard money loan you still need to use your own money for a down payment right? If they are only giving 75 ltv?

Congratulations, I am now a new follower of yours, I like how you make your videos and how transparently you do them, I wish you good luck, I have been thinking about doing this business for several months and it seems a little difficult, but I am learning more every day I want to know two questions please, the first is where do you find your houses in what city? And what is the loan company?

I'd say we're where you are at the beginning. We have a 2.5 properties, primary home, a condo that isn't making $ after 5 yrs. So we're contemplating selling our condo, to get our money back out of it. We expect about 60k return to use to start a flip, then grow the rental portfolio. I didn't see where you've posted Joe's info if you have yet. Thanks
We're on Ep 2. now! LFG!

Have you made a video on the results of this? I want to see how long it took, the sales price, all the final rehab costs and holding costs. And of course net net profit.
Do you have a video on that???

Was labor included in the rehab? how are you able to pay back the loan? Who gets the 3200?

I can bet money you would NOT have the remodel on that house done in 1 month! Remember, construction always takes longer than expected!

How long does it usually take you on average? Thanks for the comment for real!! I got a lot to learn

@groundupinvesting I would say to plan for twice the amount of time you were originally told... so if they told you 6 weeks, plan for 3 months. Better to plan for the worst and hope for the best.

How many hrs per week you spend on this?
