🏝️🏝️🏝️ Hi Rachel. Today is the start of my third week of running. The first week I did the new year seven day challenge, the second week I did the November 2023 challenge. I am a 58 1/2 year-old woman who hasn’t run in probably 15 to 20 years. However, I am active on the treadmill, walking every day of my life, and walking outside. I also do yoga. Something switched in me two weeks ago that just made me decide to start running and see how I feel., and I found your channel here. I feel great. The one thing is is I am only 4‘10“ tall, so I really cannot get up to the speeds that you are queuing. Maybe someday I will, but not right now because my legs are just too short. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you so much for keeping me motivated in this new journey of mine. also, I intermittent fast and eat a lower carb diet. I have found since starting this running journey that I’m getting hungry earlier and feeling like I need more food. Which obviously makes sense.
