My wife just purchased a 2023 dodge hornet GT had an issue of the dash lights coming on due to the car sitting at the dealership for 7 months so they replaced the battery and they did a hard reset and updated the car system now the car runs like a champ 4 months later car is still good no issues now I’m thinking about buying a Dodge hornet RT but it has a 1.3L engine pulling out almost 300 hp yes I want it save gas and run it on EV for short runs and yes, I do want to drive fast when I feel like driving fast but my neighbor has a fiat 500 Abarth with a 1.4L motor with 160h.p Yes, Car has a baby turbo but my neighbor has intake bigger in the cooler headers straight pipe bigger coil packs bigger injectors rear seats deleted and tune Pushing out 237 hp out the engine but yes, the car does have a lot of oil leaks all the time and the car only waits around 2300 pounds the Dodge hornet RT that weighs around 3800 pounds so yes, I would just stick with the GT hornet 2.0L turbo they should’ve put the jeep wrangler four by 4xe motor on the dodge

Mazda really trying to gain market share. They pushed hard this past weekend for sure. I really did love my 4Runner and wish my situation and priorities didn’t have to change so soon. I hope it ends up in good hands. It has such an aggressive tune and drives like nothing else we have ever owned. Perfect rig in every way.

My mother's '51 convertible with Twin H Power, and my father had a '54, last year before the Nash and Hudson merger. Both went like bats out of hell, both were very nice cars. Sure, I am barely old enough to remember them, but they were really something when your friends' parents drove things like Chevy 6s and Ford Ranch Wagons.
My neighbor bought a new Hornet R/T last week for their son to drive to college. They got a great discount and love the car. Today, they came home with a new Hornet GT Plug-in Hybrid for his wife. These are really nice cars, even though over-priced in my opinion. They have AWD as standard and a nice interior. That said, he told me they were both heavily discounted and worth the money.

I have no problem with your decision, you have to do what you have to do. In some ways i'm glad i got an 2006 dodge magnum SXT over the hemi, i know i'd never get good gas mileage with an 06 hemi (no DOD). while the R/T doesn't interest me (small gas engine with no potential) I am interested in the 2.0 4 banger (hurricane based) that might have potential in a small car like a Vega, chevette, Pinto, an old datsun 210 or Plymouth Arrow. No electric motor of course. BTW i would drive a hornet, but it'd have to be free and no insurance. Great AF joke, I still want to see the 2.0 4 banger in smaller older cars hot rodded stick shifted and autocrossed

The Hornet GT Plus will become a legendary car.
