I bought a pair of 100% cashmere socks from another brand and they also pilled and slipped around in my shoes. It may be that merino wool is just better for this application since it is less fragile than cashmere even if cashmere is softer than the best merino. Could you do a video on whar are these good "middle brands" so we can try them out? Have you tried Joe Merino? Good products at a good price. I've had them for years and they hold up but I don't think most people know about this terrific brand. Excellent customer service too and lots of choice in colors... which is unusual for an all merino brand.

Brunello Cucinelli is better than Loro Piana.
Brunello Cucinelli is called the king of cashmere not Loro Piana.

@@EnduringAttire if you want it cheap then buy the cashmere fabric yourself and go to a tailor. I recommend it 💯

I also got a handwritten note from Mes Chaussettes Rouges. Definitely a great touch. I've heard that the messages become more elaborate as you buy more from them.
I did get a great pair of brushed cotton trousers from Loro Piana, but second hand in perfect condition for 50€, so great value for money there.

Wow! A pair of trousers from Loro Piana for just 50€ is a good deal!

@@EnduringAttire yes, got them on vinted. It's just a plain, everyday pair, but they're very well made, with a comfortable loose fit, so I wear them often.

Very good and informative video. An excellent Italian sock brand is Marconiali. I have several pairs and they are very durable.

may I know if you will craft a content about hat/cap and gloves? as a person live in PRC, it's hard to access good producers on hat/cap and gloves, since the market is very niche here. the only producers list I know is BORSALINO, CHRISTYS, LOCK & CO and AGNELLE. but I believe those brands are overpriced, aren't they?☺

For hats I'd recommend the american Stetson and Signes (Spanish brand, but that is making hats for many other brands from the UK, some that you just mentioned) I'll make a video about accessories in the future.
      Cheers

You are knowledgeable for sure but could you speed up the whole demonstration? The video can be just 8 mins long if you don’t repeat yourself again and again
