Hi mat, as you arrive at this station you show a big sign high up on the left side of the gates which states that this is the access to police personnel, is this so that any attackers know exactly where to strike so that they don't harm any innocent civilians or is it one more idiotic grammatical error?. The two silly cops who come over do not say who they are or what they want, one of them starts by asking questions which you very kindly start to answer, you say you are going to film marked cars and she asks what do you mean!, which of those seven words did she not understand?, or was she more interested in what she thought you should say than what you did say. She then seems to struggle with the concept of a 'picture'. She wants you to show her the pictures you have taken and when you decline to comply tries another line of attack, the next thing they come out with is that they need to 'know who you are' in order to establish that you are no threat to 'security'. It is very common for police personnel to subscribe to the tide of paranoia sweeping the lands of the 'free' but at some point they are going to have to come to terms with the actual law and reality, while perceived threat might be a precursor to attack they actually never get any warning in time fo do anything!, being anxious and paranoid , what they call cautious is never any real help.
