RI SSagittal &axial slices of native MRI of the lumbar spines with following sequences: − Sagittal &axial T1WI. − Sagittal &axial T2WI, -Straightness of the lumbar spines; mostly related to muscle spasm. -Disc dehydration with small marginal osteophytosis as signs of mild degenerative disc disease of the lumbar spines especially at lower lumbar spines. -L5-S1 level shows: Diffuse posterior disc bulge indenting thecal sac anteriorly &causing stenosis of the left lateral recess. -Moderate left-sided scoliosis with rotation of the lumbosacral spines No other pathological findings especially that: • Smooth lordotic curvature of the lumbar spines with a normal promontory angle. • Vertebral bodies show normal number, shape &bone marrow signals . • Other intervertebral discs display normal height &posterior concavity. • Normal position &course of the conus medullaris &terminal filaments (Cauda equina). No intra- or extra-axial mass lesion. • The pre and paravertebral soft tissues appear normal. My case is the same, this pathological condition is due to polio, and I am now 36 years old. Please respond, and this is the report of the MRI.
At 3:36 Is this wrong “The weight of the unsupported leg and gravity will tilt the pelvis away from the normal side to drop the pelvis downwards away from the affected side.” ? It should be away from the normal side to the affected side, not away from the normal and away from the affected side!
Thanks for important information...❤....just remember between to points ankle joint around with strong tendons and muscles....Correct Gait solve many problems, but for Correct Gait needs to be healthy muscles, and with normal length between points....to turn muscles back, not to easy but possible 👣 Dynamic Inflammation Nutrition Thanks Doctor for Important things ❤🙏👣
I think I have the opposite? I have lower back pain and pain down the front on the right leg (thigh) and my shin is numb. My left leg is shorter than the right but the pain is on the right side and my hip is sore and abductors. Been needing anti inflammatories just to stand and walk but not much help. I couldn’t even stand upright. Not sure what to do or who to see. Went to two PT sessions and 4 chiropractor sessions in the past month. Lower back pain was always there and the right leg used to go numb. Now the numbness is gone but there is extreme pain. Also apparently I have ITB now. What can I do to solve this? What type of Dr should I see? Please help 😢

Visit a physical therapist /physiotherapist in your location. They will help to strengthen your weak hip abductor muscles. In the meantime, you can watch RUclips videos on exercises for strengthening the hip abductor muscles. I hope this helps.
What happens if the pain comes from the side that is hiked up and the trunk leands towards the other side? My pain in on my left hip/low back and the left hip is hiked up, but my trunk leans to the right side. Please help. Thank you, Doctor.
So 2 questions: 1. if I stand on my right leg...and my left hip drops does that mean I have right or left Tburg?? 2. If I stand on my right leg am I testing the right leg or left
1. Would like to know this as well - I guess it's the leg being tested, so ... 2. If you stand on your right leg, you are testing the right leg. Because when the gluteus medius does't work on that standing leg, you can tell that it doesn't by the signs he's talking about in the video: The hip dropping on the opposite side, and the trunk leaning towards the same side as your standing leg.
Good morning sir I am from India my name is chendra shekar I have been suffering from 25 years ago this uneven size pelivis hip could you please suggest any excise
