I haven't done yoga in a long time and have been looking to get back into but because I have lower back issues and now shoulder issues I don't want to dive into yoga and hurt myself. I found Yoga Su and love this gentle yoga for the spine. I really love how gentle Su is and her soothing voice. I am definitely a fan now. I hope to see more classes from her since it doesn't look like she loads any up on a regular basis. Thank you Su! 🙏
Challenging in some poses but so worth it! Amazing flow. And very gentle. I only foubd some bits challenging as my thigh and arm muscles aren't strong as I would like haha. But this was such a beautiful yoga routine. Highly recommend! X
