    Hi Su, Thank you so much for this class this morning to start my day. It did feel good :) I appreciated the cues at the very beginning to relax my neck and shoulders in the forward fold, it really allowed me to let go. I loved all the chest openers, especially with the neck rolls, that felt super good in my body. I loved the variation of puppy with a side bend. I also enjoyed doing warrior one pose with eagles arms and reclined pigeon pose. Thank you for taking the time to plan, film, edit and upload this class for us. With gratitude, Melissa
