    Wonderful routine, Su, thank you. I had a hip replacement surgery a couple of years ago. The surgery was "anterior approach," and so extending the leg back behind the torso, as one does in a lunge or in pigeon pose, is what I avoid now. This sequence is still a good workout for body and heart, and I admire your creativity in putting together this flow of movements. ♡
