Hey love! Hope all is well. I would have invested more of my money in my retirement accounts had I known what I know now. I believe you have it correct because cash stuffing is budgeting your money for the things you need. Let’s say: you end up not spending the money from a category, it can go towards savings. Cash stuffing, savings and no unnecessary spending go hand in hand towards your goal of being debt-free. It is better to slim down your categories (sinking funds) to avoid overspending money. If I could do it over again I would start retirement savings earlier and continue to increase contribution every year! I started and stopped several times over my life.
