I wish case would make more versions of the sodbuster jr. in carbon steel instead of their tru-sharp stainless. The carbon steel holds a edge so much longer than the tru-sharp version's. Its looks great when it patinas too.

Any updates on the flat top clip screws on the kinzua and marilla? I remember this being addressed a couple months ago, just wondering if any progress has been made there. Thanks for the video, looking forward to the release of these!

Just curious how long it’ll take for the clip screws on the modern models to finally be made flush? You guys said that was being addressed quite a while back and I haven’t seen it yet. Also….maybe get back to focusing on the quality of your core slipjoint products instead of all the modern stuff.

The Smoky mountains knife works brand called Rough Ryder knives are actually better than Case knives, and the RR brand is less than half the price of what you'd pay for a Case knife.
Case knives is probably the most overrated and overpriced American brand of knife that exists in the whole entire knife industry 🤦👎.

Laser cutting the makers mark on the tang isn’t deep enough. Fix it or bring back the tang stamps. Work on your quality control.

Just wish they didn't have such poor quality control at case knives. Like to say it's hit and miss but unfortunately there's more miss than hit.

When I was in high school I started collecting Case Knives in the 1970’s, and this was when they sold their knives packed six to a red and black box, and you learned real quick to check all the knives in the box for fit and finish before buying one, as some of them always had issues. The knives made in the 1960’s were the last ones that had the top notch quality without issues. Just saying. I still like Case knives, but I don’t mail order them, I go to a store that stocks them and look over what they have before making a purchase.

QC issues aside, I'm boycotting until they bring back the tang stamp.
They're determined to destroy an American icon just to squeeze out a few more pennies for their shareholders.

Case XX i love your knives. But i feel im at my last straw. You have to produce better quality fit and finish. You raised your prices , stopped stamping your blades and now lazer engrave. Please get your qc inline with Case quality, gaps blade wobble is unacceptable. If you want to stay made in the usa get your stuff together. I have no issues buying case frim the 70s.
