Bake at 200C for 18mins
1c softened butter
1c brown sugar (200g)
1/2c white sugar (100g)
2tsp vanilla
2tbsp cornstarch
2c all purpose flour (250g)
1tsp baking soda
2 eggs
* FOR BEST RESULT, let the cookie dough rest in the fridge or freezer overnight before baking

Just sharing my experience as a baker, I prefer to chill the cookie dough at the fridge for an overnight for a better result. It's more chewier & tastier❤️

Hello po. Yung cookie dough ko po di nag ispread after ifridge. 180g lang naman din po yung gamit kong AP. Bakit po kaya ganon?
I tried ur recipe cookies i freeze it for 3days den bake ryt away but d result is not quite good they are so flat and big. I used magnolia butterlicious. Where dd i go wrong?

Tinesting ko recipe mo last sunday but dinagdagan ko p ng 1/4 APF at nasiyahan nmn ako sa result stable sy d sy nagflat.
