Great video but based on price (kit and wood $60 plus)) you can get a much heavier duty base from Shop Fox with a 700 lb rating for a little over $100. I have one and have been very happy with it. But if I was crunching dollars this looks like a good option.
This was one of the most difficult assemblies I've had lately. Metric by the way. Not all the bolts had well-cut threads. Had to get more from Home Depot. Short bolts (which are too long and conflict in the corners) stick out 3/8" to 1/2" which might conflict with getting your tool stand to fit the profile IF you do not make it long and wide enough to account for the protruding bolt heads or nuts on the inside corners. Also, drum sand the end of crosspieces so the wheels can actually roll. If you follow the instruction, which are incomplete, the tails of the bolts stick out and will snare your clothes, so put the bolt heads from the outside point in and cut them down fractionally so you can get the nuts on in those tight conflicting corners. Well made. Poor design only in that regard of corner conflict.
thanks for the video

Great video, Did you ever have to attach the saw legs to the mobile base?
@@kevinfrench2697 No. The saw base simply sits onto the mobile base. Although, you could do that if you wanted to.
