You are a funny guy! I was heartbroken after I bought this stand and discovered the no Bueno quality. I noticed that you're turning your drill way too fast. Slow it down and put some oil on the tip to avoid burning your drill bit up. After watching I will give saving this thing some effort. Thanks Josh.
Throw a rubber floor mat under it
Helps keep it in place. Doesn’t vibrate as much.
