    मॅम ,आपका ऐ विडिओ मै srf char din se देख रही हुं ओर ऐक्ससाईज कर रही हूं ,तो चार हीहदिन से मुझे बहोत आराम मीला है ,मुझे बाए पैर का बहोत तखलीफ थी ,मै नीचे बैठ नही सकती थी ,अभी बैठ भी रही हुं ,ओर तकलीफ भी बहोत कत हो रही है ,मॅम आपको कोटी कोटी प्रणाम 🎉आप बहोत ही अच्छे तरीके समजाती हो , चार दिन मे ईतना आराम पडा है तो ,ऐक महिणेमे पुरा दर्द कम हो जाऐगा ,धन्यवाद मॅम

    I fell down near wash room 5, 6 years back. I had severe pain in knees. Slowly pain subsided but i am unable to sit down on the floor. We south indians have to sit on the floor on puja, temple etc. It used to be embrssing. I was looking for this video all along. Thankyou so much for this wonderful video. I will start doing these exercises from today onwards...

    Dr. Chauhan madam, apki vedio ke 13.50 minutes se aage jo exercise bataya hai,usne kuch hi dino ke abhyas se mere knee joints ke pain mein Kafi relief dilaya hai. Shayed puri relief mil jayega aisa mujhe 65 ki age mein lagata hai. Dhanyavad.

    Meri 3 bone ankle surgery hui hai. Hip men zyada pain krti toilet seat se uthne men. Kamar akad jati. Temporary issue hai par zameen men baith nhi sakti na . Ek height tk squat kr sakti. End exercises mushkil main 60 se upar hun. Main zyada letke exercises krti.

    Mam, doc has advised me to stop sitting on floor and using stairs henceforth. Any movement having knee bending is advised to stop as cartilage damage is observed. Please advise if I can do your suggested exercises sitting on bed
