    If you’re worried about damaging the underbody of the car, you should buy some bashplates. Custom Offroad makes bashplates for the grand vitara and are very strong. While you do lose a tiny bit of clearance, you will have more confidence in scraping the bottom. You can get a 3 piece or the 2 piece for around $700 or more, it’s a good investment and has saved me plenty of times.

      @@ethianhuynh4901 yeah I already have the Ironman ones... Unfortunately neither brand covers the whole car. Wouldn't take it off road without bash plates ever.

      @@FrenzyAdventures The Custom Offroad 3pc goes almost to the middle underneath the transmission. While its not perfect it does help. These Susukis barely have aftermarket support unfortunately

      @@ethianhuynh4901 yeah the aftermarket support is the worst part. the ironman one go the same spot but i took the 3rd piece off because it hangs to low. I am at the point now where I am looking for a different car though so definitely not spending any big $$$ on this car.
