This was a killer 10 minute booty workout after doing your 18 minute Saddlebag Workout, Amy! My butt and thighs were screaming by the time I was finished. With the two workouts combined, I got a GREAT 28 minute workout yesterday! I'm really enjoying working out with your April Calendar--Thank You sooo much!! XO-S

can you 'build a booty' with these workouts? or do I have to add weights? and take post workout protein shakes after each workout? please advise! I'm very skinny and trying to gain lean muscles
I'm naturally right handed, which means that my right side is usually stronger and that's been preventing me from getting a good workout. Everytime I switch it over, my left side shakes or keeps me unbalanced. Any tips or thoughts?

try using a lighter weight in your left hand and slowly work your way up to a heavier weight
