Very effective. I'm a senior with joint issues, but was fine with these moves. I used the modification of the last move on my elbows, and still felt it in my glutes and thighs! Thank you for all these short workouts that fit into a telecommuting break. Greatly appreciated.
I'm very limited with standing strength due to bad knees and this was great. The exercises were simple but effective. Please continue to make more mat workouts/short low-impact cardio. Thank you.
This was brilliant, Amy. I only wish it was a bit longer. I do the lunges and the squats in your other videos, but because my knees hurt 90% of the time, I never go all the way and don't feel like I get the maximum value out of them. But I was able to do all these quite easily using 5kg (8ib) weights. I may do this video back to back in future.

I love squats and lunges, but I get tired of doing the same thing over and over. Plus, knees can always use a break. Love this, thank you!
