To decorate my birthday cake, I used white chocolate ganache, macarons, flowers, and edible gold leaf, with a Happy Birthday cake topper to finish the look.

is this faked? the iced cake you put in the fridge was a hot mess. You either did a lot more work on it or switched it.

I definitely had to let it set and touched it up, which was not shown on camera. It was a hot mess- the store bought tubs of buttercream are not easy to work with! Haha. The cake is the same.
