Thank you for another great lesson. Can you include the Thai written subtitles please? This helps me with tones and gives me a better understanding of the lesson.
You put so much effort into your videos and website and teaching, and it shows in the great quality of content. When I was learning Khmer there were so few resources online that I relied almost entirely on the book and CD. But with Thai, I can use the book, CD, and watch literally hundreds of videos of people patiently explaining things. Great job!
I find it very helpful that you have both Thai and English on the screen. I hear the conversation, read the text and attempt to understand what you have said. Then I read the English to see if I was correct, or to learn the word(s) that I am missing. My greatest difficulty is that the speed of your conversations is SO fast I have to pause and replay the video many many MANY times. Also, Dtam Pbok Hoooong IS aroi maak!!
+Scott Harvey Please have a look at Thai text in our website: learnthaiwithmod.com/2015/09/video-flavours-รสชาติ/ I have an issue with the editing software, it makes the Thai text looks funny so I didn't add it here.
Now I enjoy finding how to write each words by Thai and make my original script. My writing skill is still beginner level so I can learn listening skill, speaking skill, expanding vocabulary and writing skill for one material. It's very useful and fun!
Thanks for the lesson! It was a great review of all the flavors, but more importantly nobody ever told me that the flavor words could be used to describe people's personalities, that's really cool to know.
Hi Mod, I'm sorry I missed you in Bankgok :-) I had a wonderful trip though and met a beautiful Thai girl while there and I'm moving to Thailand for good in two weeks :-) I showed her you and she told me you are very young around 21 years old, hahaha. I didn't realize you were that young Mod. I'm terrible with age with my own people let alone Thai's. You are the most friendly people on this planet that I've ever encountered and cannot say enough nice things about you Thai's. I did a trip report and it's at my channel. I went to Bangkok and Chiang Mai, I myself prefer Bangkok :-) Anyway young girl if I ever see you out there in this small world I'll come up and say hi. Take care of yourself and if you ever give one on one Thai lessons count me in.....David
+YK Lam Thank you for your kind comments. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the lesson. In case of describing that someone does something sweet , we would use the word "น่ารัก nâa-rák" which is the same word for 'pretty, adorable'. :)
Very funny and useful, I would like that you put also the Thai script, useful for people who can read and want to know the spelling ; I see that you like Tintin ( music and on some videos you have the album ; do you know " Tintin in Thailand ? " , it's a funny fake )

thanks, it's nice to listen the sounds and read the text in same time Tintin in Thailand ( not sold anymore, it's a pirate edition ) you can download it here www.blackkat.net/tintin/pdf/Tintin%20in%20Thailand.pdf

+ThaiwithMod Thank you Kru Mod, much appreciated ! Can you do a video explaining 'man sai' I saw this on a Thai music video.......very funny! Kap khun Karp.
Good lesson. but I needed to pause the video many times to be able to read the titles, they flash by too fast. Next time get a second opinion of a person whom you are trying to reach with this type of video lesson and get their feed back.

please consider using external mic and/or amplifying recording volume. Audio volume and quality would benefit from this little tweak....
+a11251 Thank you for your suggestion. We want to improve our recording equipment.
Keep up the amazing videos. The role playing really helps out alot.
Great video, could you also include the words written in Thai in the next one. :)

"Western Food is so tasteless"????????????? what kind of ignorant comment is that?
I wrote the script for the purpose of learning. I am sorry it is offensive for you.
And I am sorry I used the word ignorant, but still, the comment was not needed
Well, I find Russian food juet maak.
@@jamescicero776 Grow up, idiot! It's a fake scenario for learning purposes
