    it would be great if you add another 2 taste "
    ชา" and
    "ฝาด". cause a lot of Thai teaching not include this 2 words.

      'Chaa' is not exactly a taste but it's more like a numb. (Ex: Feel numb at your tongue if you eat some kind of spice that makes you feel numb such as Màa-Lâa.) So, it's more like a feeling than a taste/flavor.
      And for 'Fàat' or 'The astringent taste', Thank you for this word, I totally forget it. Use to describe the taste such as a green banana or a banana blossom. But it is not so popular because a lot of dishes or veggies/fruits don't have this taste or many times it's come and mixed with the bitter taste so we commonly use 'kŏm' instead.

    Can i ask something.. for the word 'flavour' which is rót châat, is it really spelled as รสชาติ? Didnt รสชาติ is pronounced 'rót chaa dtì'?

      It's only "rot-chaat" kaa. Kind of a special word, that's why.
