Road to Pro debut/ How I am building my back

We are currently 39 weeks out from my pro debut. I have enough time to be in a good spot to bring out a good physique. I have a lot of work to do to be competitive in the pro league and it starts now.
Just got back in the gym from my skin cancer surgery now every single workout counts towards the stage.
I'm ensuring every workout is on point and I'm getting the most out of every workout.
