Thanks for the info. Coming from a 2014 vehicle to a 2021 is such a learning curve. These videos help a great deal. I miss my cd player tho. So easy to just pop in and out and sound was great

One thing I've never seen addressed, is disabling the cruise control radar. If you hold the cruise control button for a few seconds, if it's anything like my current Camry, it will give you cruise control without the radar option. I discovered that on my own. I actually prefer that option and use it most of the time on long trips.

There isn’t a snow mode on the Toyota 2021 rav4 LE fwd? Also there isn’t a mirror heater? Last question can I see which tire is specifically low on pressure?
If you don’t see the button then it doesn’t have it. Mirror heater is not standard yet. Individual tire pressure begins at XLE level

I always give myself plenty of space and plenty of time to slow down and speed up and don’t take turns fast. Snow tires make the difference.

Yes right in the eco menu on the MID it should be there.

Yes but all new Toyotas come with one year complimentary you just gotta download the app and accept the terms.

Depends on whatever feeling you want. I like sport mode for the mountains

Unlock the doors with the unlock button then simply go to the hatch outside and just under the rear emblem slightly to the right is a soft button. Push that while pulling the hatch up

How did you blend the driving modes?
Normal mode would be a blend between the two. Just toggle the switch

Yes, which normal mode is like a blend between eco and sport combines. It’s in the middle.

How do I open the trunk from the inside?
You can’t
@brianruperti it's a double whammy for me, I have pelvic fracture and right wrist damage, I didn't even think this car would not have this feature. Getting out to load items and opening the latch that I can't truly feel is somewhat painful. I just didn't think to inquire about it.

You would not be the first person who had to change from an LE to an XLE. But if you get an XLE you must make sure you get the convenience package. This is what includes the automatic hatchback.

Does anyone in the comments own the RAV4 LE 2021? Has anyone had a problem with the car ? I had mine roll down the hill with my 3 children inside , nothing happen to my kids . I am just wondering if this has happen to anyone , yes i did contact toyota dealer and tell them what had happen .

@@shukdebsaha2148 ahh yes because it’s a hybrid it doesn’t need it. Due to the way the hybrid drive system operates, it is not necessary. You’re fully equipped to handle the snow with what you have on your hybrid. No extra mode needed!

How do you see your tire pressure?
If equipped, the arrows on the steering wheel can move you to the info page, where you can scroll down to tire pressure.
Some Toyotas do not have this, so will only alert you if tire pressure is low.

@@brianruperti yea mines must not have it cause I don’t see it. My light came on for the pressure. It was just serviced too. So this is aggravating
@@tarshalewis3123 Yes I understand. It’s recommended that you check your tire pressure AT LEAST once per month anyway. Individually. Also, in the owners manual, Toyota states that the pressures shown on the screen (if equipped) are just close estimates.
So to make you feel better, you’ll be getting optimal performance and tire life and SAFETY anyway by not having the feature and checking them yourself every month with a cheap little pressure gauge! :-)

How is it gonna have auto high beams but no auto headlights?! that's unacceptable in 2021 especially when the 2018 rav4 le had auto headlights...
I understand and agree with your complaint. Toyota has their reasons. Probably to save $$$ and keep price down.
Remember always that you can call Toyota (not the dealer) to give them feedback. When enough people reach out, they make changes! They listen!
Why do you have a mask on? In a car alone … wild
In April we were required to wear a mask whenever in a car to reduce respiratory exposure on to the car surfaces because cases in my area were high. I followed company protocol.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hear me out: we had the cops called on us by customer during that time for talking to each other without masks on… outside!!! I filmed in a car maskless and a lady called our store bugging out. People were literally afraid of my respiratory particles going on the car, then them getting sick from being in the car… it was nuts.
People have since relaxed and cops haven’t been called for being outside without a mask. So far…

There is an easy way. If you watched the entire video, there is a button for it right by the climate control, I should have mentioned it in there.
It's the A with a circle around it. Right under climate control
