South African has some of its reserves eg gold in foreign land. U should also tell people that they dont entertain agreements that empower so anything they support is designed to weaken us eg their investment in Africa. U and those other African countries who borrow their own money are making the same error. The problem with our reserve bank is that its privately owned, so they dont care much about the public and u did not use the 2 3rds majority to change that. The reserve bank must just create the money as they some time do and that must be used for gdp growth activities ie industrialisation.
