I used to always eat those supermarket "fish" cakes. Thanks for turning me back on! I think I'll experiment with cooking the salmon less, or using more rind on the outer patty as dry salmon makes me sad. Cheers! mmm

Sorry about that! I used 3 tbsp melted butter in the mixture + 1 additional tbsp on my pan. I went ahead and posted the full recipe in the description! :)
