I’ve made this and it’s wonderful. I buy the canned salmon and pre ground pork rinds. I make wasabi tartar sauce to go with it. Tartar sauce: creamy wasabi, lime juice, olive oil mayo and relish.

Glad to see these baked in the oven, most recipes fry them in oil. Yikes, sweetener in tartar sauce? I just use dill pickle and mayo and a bit of dijon. Cute puppy taste tester:)

Teddy looks like a totally different dog shaved but so cute! my mom used to make these and fry them in butter but she did add onions. Dogs can't have onions so I think I will leave t.hem out next time. Thanks Anita
He was still a puppy then and his hair had not come in yet! Now it's long and fluffy and his tail is a thing of beauty! I react badly to onions so I rarely use them now.

Thats how my momma hooked my daddy and they been married for 47 years now even tho my dad messed around acouple times but he always gets back to his senses when he thinks of my momma's mouth watery meals and delicacies. The reason I use pork rinds as the 'flour' is because I don't react well to things like almond and coconut flour. Many salmon patty recipes out there use a combination of almond flour and shredded cheese like mozza or parmesan. So you could try that?
The one I have is the Ninja Foodi Grill which I bought for grilling steaks indoors and didn't realize it also was an air fryer until I got home and read the manual. You simply remove the grill plate and put in the air fryer pan and touch a different setting. I'm loving it!
On Anazon, there is the Foodie 4-in-1, the 5-in-1 and the 6-in-1 with a temperature probe...do u have the 5-in-1...just wondering if u have the probe and what u thought about it.
@@denim4821 I DO have the probe and I use it for grilling steaks and small roasts. Mine must be a 5 in 1, because it doesn't say but there are 5 functions: Grill (LOVE) Aircrisp (LOVE, Bake, Roast and Dehydrate (have not tried those functions yet!)
I fried mine in olive oil they were crispy on out but I didn’t lie the texture of the inside it’s like they were cornmeal leave or the pork rinds to then cook or something what do I do about that

Add some freeze dried dill weed ( located refrigerated in my produce section) to your tartar sauce... GAME CHANGER & SO GOOD!! 😋

You can make crumbs from PSMF bread, or dehydrated chicken pieces, or from those whisps you can buy.

You can use that power flour (basically PSMF bread dried out in oven and then made into crumbs). Parmesan cheese would be another option.
