Some good ones that I found helpful: "So Good They Can’t Ignore You: Why Skills Trump Passion in the Quest for Work You Love" by Cal Newport, "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie (always a classic), "Never Eat Alone: And Other Secrets to Success, One Relationship at a Time" by Keith Ferrazzi and also "Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High" by Al Switzler, Joseph Grenny, and Ron McMillan
