    I used my www.kingbeeguitars.com Kingbee relic tele, Fender Pro Junior, loaded into a 112 combo cabinet from www.mojotone.com Mojo Tone. White coily cable of knowledge from www.thedivinenoise.com Divine Noise. Yep!

    Thank you so much for not playing the same guitar lick on every patch! There are far too many demos on RUclips where the same guitar phrase gets played over every single patch.

    had a rep come in today and show us this at Guitar Center 456, in cedar hill, these things are fantastic. got the chance to play around with this bad boy for a bit too, i recommend black hole. that long trail reverb is amazing in the drop Ds

    Great demo. As another demo review mentioned. These presets need to be tamed down in some cases to become more musical, but you really covered the pedal's range for sure. Thanks

    I have to ask what, to many, may seem a terrifically stupid question, so my apologies in advance..... I use a pedal board and stomp boxes, therefore I can choose to have any combination of fx on or off at anytime. If i had a multi fx like this, beautiful as the sounds are, I'd only be able to dial in one sound at a time no?

      The beauty is the pedal is the same... The only difference is the number of algorithms... But, once you have one maxed out, you can buy the cheaper core version and use all of the algorithms from the maxed out pedal...

    Great video. Very helpful. Does it always take pressing two buttons to change to another sound or is there a way to preset so only one button is necessary?

    • @smokestackstudiosgem
      @smokestackstudiosgem 4 года назад +1

      Yep... buy a small midi switching pedal, hook it up to the H9 and save any patch which allows 1 button access to any effect👍

    • @swamplifecontrol
      @swamplifecontrol 3 года назад

      Good question + good tip, but you don't need midi unless you want to randomly cue and load. The increment + load function can be assigned to one of 3 aux foot switches in the system menu. Worth mentioning that the right tap/preset switch doesn't bypass the current preset when you increment: It just cues your next choice w so you can advance 4 or 5 preset #'s till you find the one you want and load it at the right moment w the left switch. The switching time would be almost seamless w similar presets, but you can morph 2 complete sets of parameter settings in the same algorithm w an expression pedal.

      +Dan Brazier ....I hear you....and exchange rates and tariffs notwithstanding, I was thinking the same thing and then it occurred to me, I can "flip" my 2 strymons on Ebay and cover most of the cost right there.

    • @danbrazier4762
      @danbrazier4762 8 лет назад +1

    • @reallymaddad

      I put all of my boss pedals and 1 TC electronic on eBay and spent the proceeds on my Strymon Deco which I absolutely love. I haven't "demo"d the eventide yet so I'm not 100% sure that I want to. I have however shrunk my board to 4 pedals + expression + Moer Baby Tuner. Probably not going to create a video of the process, but I appreciate your interest

      Guilliermo Izquerda that’s what I did. I kept my Flint and DiG. Sold my El Cap (my Supro Trem verb kicks ass). I get so tired of flipping mod pedals, I just sold some and got this.

  • @MrPerfectfeet
    @MrPerfectfeet 5 лет назад +1

    Really interested in this pedal, at a huge cost, it had to be sublime. However I personally think there’s way to many unusable presets. The ability to store your favourite presets after personalising seems never to be explained? Although the concept is awesome and some of the sounds equally awesome the cost is a huge factor too so I’ll be sticking with Strymon

    I don't think so.

  • @BillDerBerg

    I'd rather get the core version as some of those presets sound nice on their own but in a band or song context they'd lose their luster and why pay for effects that are just eat candy?
