Best you're an amazing person and I greatly appreciate you sharing your journey with all of us I will always watch all of your videos because these are high quality thank you for being you
So like I said your energy is great your exercise routine is wonderful but the only down part I see is your elbows are flared out and not tucked in they need to be tucked in to avoid injury if you keep your elbows flared out like that over time you will get a shoulder problems
Thank you for your concern. However I've had no injuries with how I train at the shoulders. As long as I do regular shoulder/rotator exercises, then I'll be fine.
I want you to know that I am really your friend so I say this from the heart and only because I want you to grow and improve you are doing a great work out but I would like you to focus on where your elbows end up when you go down for your push-up I look at the video and from my perspective it appears that your elbows are too far out from your body keep your elbows close tucked to the body you will get a better effect and less likely injury
Cheers mate
