I can understand how it feels when it comes to mental health. I have severe depression that I never got treated. I suppress it to the point I have nightmares, forget to eat, run myself into the ground, and more. The main one has been wanting to end my life. (Not trying scare anyone. Just being honest) And I come from a family that doesn't think mental health is real. So, I am glad that you that you writing does help you with that. And try to talk with someone you trust. Good luck with your writing and well being.

I think it was nice to hear a story where the people come together and make a positive difference instead of being hopelessly trampled under by some evil shadow Govt. A good bit of fun!
Ohhh this was really good Dr. Creepen! I especially liked that part where it said he was enjoying the "tranquility" after they basically got rid of the whole neighborhood because, remember, the conspiracy was Project Tranquility"? That was perfect foreshadowing! Love this! Also, if I were ever in a car chase, I would want an old timer bootlegger to drive the car because they had some pretty bad a** driving tricks. Thanks so much!
Thanks for the story while I cook breakfast and pack lunches, Doc! 🙂 I like this story. Especially because people trust each other and come together as a community to fight control. However, they armed themselves with crowbars and such!? 😂 IRL at least half the crowd would be armed to the teeth with guns!
Mental health struggles are so difficult to comprehend if you have no personal experience - when you are down, you know you "JUST need to do x,y or z" but you can't seem to and then you feel weak or like a failure because you know you are stronger or better than that, but those thoughts just hammer at you mercilessly, despite the fact that to others your thoughts seem so irrational, you are drowning in the torrents of chaos and/or darkness (depending on if it's depression, anxiety or both) hoping you gulp enough air in to survive the next wave as you are tossed into the depths like a rag doll.... it's just so hard to grasp... and to endure. The right medication can help, and the right therapist, but ultimately, so much of your success depends on your own actions and follow through. Surrounding yourself with supportive people who you can be open with and believing that EVERYONE deserves to feel better (yes, even YOU!) is especially critical. If you can make 1 person smile, then you are IMPORTANT to someone... and we can ALL do that! Keep up the fight, my friends, that includes you Dr! Peace ♡
I love your stories Dr.Creepen, and they are fun, thank you for a chance to escape reality for a while, they don't have to be historically correct, or be researched, they're great as they are and much appreciated!

If I were doing mind control experiments I wouldn't let someone know that their battles are still not won. That's why I liked the Evil wizard in the ouja board. He had the protagonist helping him unknowingly. Chef's kiss.
What if them knowing is just another experiment. No matter what, the story never truly ends. That's the thing about experiments. You can always change them n shape them because that's what they are. To find truth. Like the pursuit of truth and science and God. The pursuits that can make our species have humanity. Are the ones that are never ending. It's what humanity is about. Always having something to pursue otherwise we pursue each other n every way without enlightenment n cause inevitable ruin. Perhaps part of the experiment is making sure they win the battles now to have a chance at winning a war?
I was half expecting the dude to wake up in a mental hospital at the end only to find out he was having a psychotic break. Cliche as it is, that would have been a better ending. Too many inconsistencies (first two cops disappearing) to take this one seriously. Pacing wasn't very good either. The silent watcher aspect is probably what hooked a majority of the people and the story to me was basically over after they were no longer a thing.
I was really waiting for a real twist this story. I just couldn’t suspend my disbelief for any of it 😔. It felt like it went way too quickly and I didn’t get to know any of the characters. That being said, while I don’t feel like this story is really suited to be told through writing, it could make a really interesting comic! It has that classic superhero comic feeling and storyline.

Sorry doc, I love you but I got to leave you some constructive criticism. This story was terrible. Your narration was spot on as always, but the story was lacking build up. And also the FBI really really It just left a lot to be desired like serving me a hamburger with no beef Patty or sauce, just veggies
