When ἐγώ εἰμι / egō eimi / I am is used in the New Testament, why did some translatsions say "I Am he"? In other words why is the he added?

    • @Thor777AHT
      @Thor777AHT 18 дней назад

"he" was added later. Jehovah in the old testament also have "I Am he".
      Jehovah:
Isa_48:12 Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.
      "I am he"
Btw very interesting that Jesus also says first and the last. Jesus is clearly Jehovah
      Jesus:
Rev_1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
Rev_1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
      Rev_2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
Rev_22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

But he continued, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am he, you will indeed die in your sins.”
25 “Who are you?” they asked.
“Just what I have been telling you from the beginning,” Jesus replied.26 “I have much to say in judgment of you. But he who sent me is trustworthy, and what I have heard from him I tell the world.”
27 They did not understand that he was telling them about his Father. 28 So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up[a]the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me.29 The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.” 30 Even as he spoke, many believed in him.

I leave you with this story from Mark and Luke that clearly shows Jesus is God.
      (Matthew 9:1-8; Luke 5:17-26)
1 A few days later Jesus went back to Capernaum. And when the people heard that He was home, 2 they gathered in such large numbers that there was no more room, not even outside the door, as Jesus spoke the word to them.
3 Then a paralytic was brought to Him, carried by four men. 4 Since they were unable to get to Jesus through the crowd, they uncovered the roof above Him, made an opening, and lowered the paralytic on his mat.
5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”
6 But some of the scribes were sitting there and thinking in their hearts, 7 “Why does this man speak like this? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”
8 At once Jesus knew in His spirit that they were thinking this way within themselves. “Why are you thinking these things in your hearts?” He asked. 9 “Which is easier: to say to a paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, pick up your mat, and walk’? 10 But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...” He said to the paralytic, 11 “I tell you, get up, pick up your mat, and go home.”
12 And immediately the man got up, picked up his mat, and walked out in front of them all. As a result, they were all astounded and glorified God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”
Only God can forgive sins. Jesus forgave sins. Therefore, Jesus is God.
      Thanks.

In John 8: 24 Jesus used the SAME expression 'ego eimi' ( I am He|) as the controversial verse 58! Who was he saying he was? Just read verse 28 " Then Jesus said unto them, when ye have lifted up the SON OF MAN then shall ye know that 'I am he' ( ego eimi ) and that I do NOTHING of myself but as MY FATHER hath taught me, I speak these things". Thus John throughout his gospel states that Jesus is the SON OF GOD, not God ! John 20:31 makes this clear "These things have been written that you may believe that JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD" and that by believing you may have everlasting life". End of story! Amen!

If we are to believe that in the same gospel where we are told explicitly the words are written so that we may know and believe that Jesus is the Christ, the "son of God"...that actually Jesus revieled something much greater in the writings namely that just is the God of Israel, how does that not make the author seem disconnected to his subject? if he knew Jesus claimed to be the I Am from scripture that would be the thesis, he would have said so that you would know and believe that Jesus Christ is God.....the verse doesnt even make sense in contrext if you claim the "I am" (in what everywhere else ego ime is used its correctly translated "I am he" or "I am the one") if you say here it means "God" then you have ...."unless you believe that God, you will die in your sins" He would of had to say "I am that I am"....the jews had a law, any person preaching a God that the Israelite's had never know to them was to be stoned ....they knew nothing of a "triune"god, and Jesus being a Jew born under that law did not preach to them a triune god nor that He was part of that god they did not know...praying for everyone to believe Jesus, His God is our God

    • @BasicBiblicalTruth
      @BasicBiblicalTruth 8 месяцев назад

My friend, you are disconnected from what John is claiming. When John claims that Jesus is the Son of God, he is claiming that Jesus is God, the second person of the triune God. Even Jesus' enemies understood that when he said God was his Father that he was claiming equality with God (John 5:18).
Second, Why do you think the Jews thought Jesus was claiming to be Jehovah and picked up stones to kill him for blasphemy?? Because they knew their Bible! In Deu 32:39 in the LXX it says: “ιδετε ιδετε οτι εγω ειμι, και ουχ εστιν θεος πλην εμου” (Look! Behold, that I AM, and there is no God except me) and Isa 43:10 - "You are my witnesses," declares Jehovah, "and my servant whom I have chosen ινα γνωτε και πιστευσητε και συνητε οτι εγω ειμι” (that you might know and might believe and might understand that I AM). The Jews understood the claim Jesus was making. He was claiming to be Jehovah, co-equal in nature to Jehovah the Father.
Εγω ειμι “does not necessarily imply deity when it contextually implies, ‘I am (the one in question)’... [but] when ‘I am’ lacks even an implied predicate, however, it becomes unintelligible except as an allusion to God’s name in the Hebrew Bible or LXX….The absolute use of the expression in 8:58, contrasted explicitly with Abraham’s finite longevity, clearly refers to a Jewish name for God.”[1]
Contextually, grammatically, and intertextually, there is no question that Jesus was claiming to be the “I AM” of Deu 32:39 & Isa 43:10, and Exo 3:14. In other words, Jesus claimed to be God. The issue is that you don't know the OT well enough to catch the things that Jesus and the NT writers are claiming.

“For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved’” (Romans 10:13).
What is “the name which is above every name”?
The answer is given by the prophet Isaiah. “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV). Where did the name YAH come from?
First, did you know that the name Jesus has only existed since the 17th century? Therefore, God never revealed the name Jesus, nor did the apostles ever know Him by the name Jesus.
But what of the name YAH? We look to Moses. “Then Moses said to God, ‘Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?’ And God said to Moses, “HaYAH Ashar HaYAH” [meaning: “I AM WHO I AM”]. And He said, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’ Moreover, God said to Moses, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations’” (Exodus 3:13-15). “HaYAH” means “the I AM” YAH is “the name which is above every name.” YAH, I AM, in Hebrew is יָהּ Therefore, it is HaYAH, “The I AM.” Not Ehyeh. Yeh, or Jehovah are false names never revealed by God.
Since the apostles never knew the name Jesus, which was placed by man into the New Testament, and not according to the revelation of God, we need to put back the revealed name of the Savior.
Is this name YAH a part of the Savior’s name? The apostle Paul assures us of “the name which is above every name,” as part of Christ’s name. He testified, “While thus occupied, as I journeyed to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests, at midday, O king, along the road I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who journeyed with me. And when we all had fallen to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me and saying in the Hebrew language, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’ So I said, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said, ‘I am YAHSHUA, whom you are persecuting. But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me’” (Acts 26:12-18). Christ told Paul His name in Hebrew. And this is what Paul wrote to the Philippians, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him ‘the name which is above every name,’ that at the name of YAHSHUA, every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). Christ, Himself told the people that He is YAH, meaning “I AM.” Our Savior said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM {YAH}.” The expression “I AM”, means YAH. We praise our God and Savior with this expression: “Halleluyah, Praise YAH!”
Shua means “my help,” as in “salvation.” YAHSHUA means, “I AM Salvation.” And the apostle Peter testified, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” When the Sanhedrin (Jewish Court) heard the name YAHSHUA, as the name YAH is the very name given to Moses, and they recognized the very name YAH, that they sought to hide from the Gentiles, for fear that the Gentiles would profane the name, the Sanhedrin forbid the apostle from preaching in this name, “YAHSHUA” (Acts 4:17-18). However, when the apostles preached in the name of YAHSHUA, the people did not hear it, instead, they heard the name Yeshua (a common name among the Jews at that time), and unless one was part of the Way, the Nazareans, the name YAHSHUA was not well known. Yeshua, an Aramaic name, was a common name in the 1st century.
Those who reject the name YAHSHUA need to take warning, “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:18). Why is this important revealed name, YAHSHUA, not better known? The answer is given by YAHSHUA, He said, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14). “Few there be who find it.”
The Aramaic name Yeshua was transliterated into Greek and became an entirely different name Iesous. Iesous (ee-sous) transformed into Iesus (ee-sus, as seen in the 1611 KJV Bible). Iesus was later transformed into the name Jesus (gee-sus) when the letter J became officially incorporated into the English Alphabet in the 17th century. According to the testimony of the apostle Peter, "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). No other name, so which is the one name given under heaven by which we must be saved? Yeshua, Iesous, Iesus, or Jesus?
Is the name of salvation based on the revelation of God, or by the changing languages according to the tongues of mankind?
The prophet Isaiah tells us the name of salvation, he says, "Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’ ” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV, as found in Hebrew Scriptures Yod-Hey יָהּ). Is YAH the name of Salvation?
Did the Savior identify Himself with the name YAH, which means "I AM."
Christ said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM” (John 8:58 NKJV).
Is YAH "the name which is above every name"?
When Moses asked for God's name, did God reveal the name YAH, as in "I AM?"
"Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, "HaYAH Ashar HaYAH" [“I AM WHO I AM”]. And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’ ” Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations’" (Exodus 3:13-15). Does this make YAH [I AM] "the name which is above every name"?
When the apostle Paul was on the road to Damascus and encountered the Lord, did he hear the Lord give his name in Hebrew, as found in Acts 26:12-18, and so did he hear "the name which is above every name"? Did the apostle Paul hear the name given to Moses, the very name "YAH"?
Is not the revealed name of YAH, "the name which is above every name"?
The apostle Paul wrote this, "Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him 'the name which is above every name'..." (Philippians 2:9).
Therefore, is it not reasonable to see that "YAH" is "the name which is above every name," and that YAH is part of our Savior's revealed name?
Therefore, the apostle Paul would have originally written: "Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him 'the name which is above every name,' that at the name of YAHSHUA, every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:9-11).
Therefore, based on the above, YAHSHUA is the only name by which we must be saved.
What if I do not believe in the name YAHSHUA, and stay with the name Jesus, even though it came to be by the tongue of man, and not by the revelation of God?
Well, “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:18).
In answer to your question, according to the New Testament, you will stand condemned...

The author of language Himself knows to whom such things refer. He used the Greek translation of the OT yet still considered them the words of the LORD, even though the original words must have been in ancient Hebrew. Why would language change present such a damning issue to Him now?
The One who has redeemed me, bought me with a price, known me from before the world was made, will in NO WISE cast me out because I might have spoken His name a little differently than Moses did.

The Holy Spirit inspired the Apostles to write their Gospels in Greek, not Hebrew. Did they somehow get God's name wrong by doing so? No.
It is absurdity, then, to believe that only the original YHVH (which even the Jews do not know precisely or for certain how it is pronounced) name is permissible when God Himself has made Himself known to every tribe & in every tongue.
We show we are His disciples by our love & obedience. We do not bear His name in vain when we obey His commands & grow steadily into the likeness of His Son. We are sanctified continually through His work in us through His Spirit, which is our surety in salvation.
So, yes, this focus on a particular form of His name is nitpicking minutiae and ignoring the whole of the Gospel and, indeed, the person & work of Jesus Christ.
Please reflect on why you're so focused on this. Are you looking for reasons to consider other people damned? Why?

@@zachbattles9762 First, the name Jesus is not His revealed name, so address that. Second, the apostle Paul makes it clear, that he heard the Savior's name in Hebrew (Acts 26:14-15). The Latin name of Jesus has only existed since the 17th century. Third, "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). God never revealed the name of Jesus. YAH is "the name which is above every name." Christ told the people that He is the I AM (John 8:58), which is the meaning of YAH. We give praise by saying, "Halleluyah," meaning "Praise YAH." The apostle Paul, who heard the Savior's name in Hebrew was very clear, "Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him 'the name which is above every name,' that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:9-11). There is no way that the apostle Paul would give testimony to a name that did not exist when he lived, and was never revealed by God.
The Savior's name has a meaning, YAH=I AM, and SHUA="My help," as in "Salvation," therefore, His name means, "I AM Salvation." You have received the name of salvation, and whether or not you believe the revealed name from Heaven or not, listen to both the essence of the Gospel and its warning: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18). The Greeks sought to replace Hebrew totally. The Catholics sought to make Latin the primary language of Christianity. God chose Hebrew. Reject the one name given under heaven by which we must be saved at your own peril, and risk condemnation.
I want to represent our Savior in Spirit and Truth, and I want everyone to be saved. “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it (Matthew 7:13-14).
Will you be one of the few that find it, or will you stay on the broad way leading to the broad gate of destruction?
Think of it as a road sign, one says Jesus, a false sign, and the sign of life says the revealed name of YAHSHUA. Chose...?

Don’t condemn its what the BIBLE ,Jesus and GOD said
Jesus is a Prophet and not God as per the Bible.
    Matthew 13:57
    English Standard Version
And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household.”
    Luke 24:19 English Standard Version
And he said to them, “What things?” And they said to him, “Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,
    Matthew 21:11 English Standard Version
And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”
Only GOD can bless anyone or anything
    Acts 3:13New International Version (NIV)
13 The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified HIS SERVANT Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go.
    The Bible says:
    Numbers 23:19 "God is not a man…"
Hosea 11:9 "...For I am God, and not man..."
Jesus is called a man many times in the Bible:
John 8:40 "…a man who has told you the truth…"
Acts 2:22 "Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know."
Acts 17:31 "He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed"
    1.Tim. 2:5 "…the man Christ Jesus."
God is not a man, but Jesus, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, was a man, therefore, Jesus was not God.
The Bible Says that God is Greater than Jesus
John 14:28 "My Father is greater than I."
John 10:29 "My father is greater than all."
Jesus can not be God if God is greater than him. The belief that the Father and son are equal is in direct contrast to the clear words from Jesus.
Jesus Never Instructed His Disciples to Worship Himself or the Holy Ghost, but God and God Only
Luke 11:2 "When you pray, say Our Father which art in heaven."
John 16:23 "In that day, you shall ask me nothing. Whatsoever you ask of the Father in my name."
John 4:23 "The hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship him."
If Jesus was God, he would have sought worship for himself. Since he didn’t, instead he sought worship for God in the heavens, therefore, he was not God.
The Bible Says that Jesus Recognized, Prayed, & Worshipped the Only True God
Jesus prayed to God with the words:
John 17:3 "…that they might know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent."
Jesus prayed to God all night:
Luke 6:12 "he continued all night in prayer to God."
    …because:
Matthew 20:28: "Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve."
How did Jesus pray to God?
Matthew 26:39: "he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father."
    Even Paul said:
Hebrews 5:7 "During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission."
Who was Jesus praying to when he fell on his face with loud cries and petitions? Was it himself? Was Jesus crying in tears to himself pleading to be saved from death? No man, sane or insane, prays to himself! Surely the answer must be a resounding ‘No.’ Jesus was praying to "the only true God." Jesus was the servant of the One Who sent him. Can there be a clearer proof that Jesus was not God?

Jesus was a man. Jesus was God. If you are going to use the Bible as your offensive weapon against Christianity, then I can use it as a defense:
      Phillipians 2:5-11
5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God,
      did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
      being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
      he humbled himself
      by becoming obedient to death-
      even death on a cross!
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
God Incarnate - The very God taking on human flesh.
I have only used one passage, but there are so many others. Again, if you are going to use the Bible as your evidence of your argument, you can't pick and choose which passages to take out of context and disregard the rest. It is a package deal. Simply removing ones you like and ignoring the rest is unscholarly and deceptive. That won't fly in a debate and it won't fly here.
      Blessings

The I AM scripture is not the best translation. I Aam indicates the ..present tense... I EXIST.. indicated past , present , and future. Further,,, why did KING JAMES capitalize this? Capitals didnt exist untill at least the 1400s. A flair for drama. Jesus , in NT. Is nearly stating he lived prior to Abraham! Two different languages, two different times. Two different people.

In John 8, Jesus said to the Jewish leaders, "Unless you believe that I AM (εγω ειμι) you will die in your sins." This is a statement of IDENTITY. The Jewish leaders missed it the first time, they didn't understand his claim when he used the unpreticated “I AM,” and were expecting him to provide a predicate. This is obvious by their question: _“Who_ are you?”, which is a question of IDENTITY. This discourse goes back and forth. Finally, when Jesus said that Abraham rejoiced to see Jesus day, the Jews incredulously replied, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?" They are not actually asking a question about Jesus’ age, it is a rhetorical question used as a rebuke. It’s like saying, “Who do you think you are?” Jesus responds to this question with a statement of identity, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was (γενεσθαι), I AM (εγω ειμι)." Jesus was not simply saying that he existed before Abraham. He didn't say "I was" (ημην), but "I am" (εγω ειμι)-grammatically incorrect, theologically spot on! The unpredicated “I AM” is “intentionally unfinished, primarily because the statement is expected to be grasped by the listener/reader as an allusion to the identity of God (Exod 3). But the unfinished statement could have been finished by the Jews quite easily: ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ This verse parallels the Gospel’s first verse, ‘And the Word was God’ (1:1).”[1]

I listen to James when he discusses New Testament textual criticism and defends against KJV onlyism, he gives clear evidence. When he refutes cults like Mormonism, Jehovah's witnesses, unitarianism, Roman Catholicism, Islam, etc. where he gives "explicit" text for a proper refutation, clear evidence.
But I disagree with the 9 points- not 5 points called TULIP- of Calvinism. Calvinism is easily refuted from Genesis to Revelation with explicit text, in clear language and plain context, beginning with their definition of Sovereign and Miticulous Determinism and a Secret Will. These are the first 3 points required as the foundation for the other 6, Calvinism crumbles without them. Jeremiah 7:31 (19:5, and 32:35 teach the same); 1 Samuel 23: 7-13; Jeremiah 18 concerning national peoples including chosen, covenanted Israel. These are just a few that contradict the 1st 3. Calvinism teaches one unsaved is regenerated/born again before even hearing the Gospel let alone believing it. Acts 10, Ephesians 1:13, Galatians 3:2 and others refute their claim of when one is regenerated. They teach that one chosen receives faith for believing "before" even hearing the Gospel let alone believing it, Romans 10:17 teaches that faith comes by "hearing" the message about Christ. They teach that every human being is Totally depraved and cannot positively respond to Spiritual truth, but Romans 1 teaches that people can be given over "to" depravity, which is a direct contradiction if one is Totally depraved. There are explicit verses and passages that absolutely contradict Calvinism's non biblical teachings/doctrines and James cannot defend his Calvinistic beliefs with explicit text proving them. He is very clumsy, in fact, when attempting to defend Calvinism, completely the opposite of defending scripture against clearly cultic entities mentioned above, which he does using explicit text coherently, aptly.
This just scratches the surface of the false teachings of Calvinism. I am not an Arminian either by the way.

So, what is your point? You have chosed some sort of relgious logo for your personal identification that is not found in the Bible, either. What denomination are you so I can list the words you use not found in the Bible? Maybe Eucharist, catechism, Last Supper, Communion, Bible, Rector, Vicar, pew, light switch...?
Second, AB, this church is not Baptist. It might do you some good to check the denomination and their doctrinal statements. I know that going to mean some homework for you, but if you are going to make an accusation, get it right. There is no merit in your list if the list doesn't fit, and it doesn't by the way.
Finally, AB, do something constructive for the church, for Christ's sake, literally. All your doing is making whiney noises like the kids in the nursery. If you have a beef, tell us what it is and how to fix it, please.

Sorry, Jesus isn’t God, nor equal to God. He called our God and Father his God and Father at John 20:17.
    See also:
    1 Corinthians 8:4-6
4 Now concerning the eating of food offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world and that there is no God but one. 5 For even though there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many “gods” and many “lords,” 6 there is actually to us one God, the Father, from whom all things are and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are and we through him.
    And……
John 17:3 “This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.”
    The only true God…..
    I am.
Is Jeremiah also the ‘I am’?
Jeremiah 1:6 “Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.”
    King James
Is John also the ‘I am’?

And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.”

εγω ειμι “does not necessarily imply deity when it contextually implies, ‘I am (the one in question)’...
