I would also suggest sewing the elastic down throughout the waist, as that puckering isn't overly flattering, and sewing the elastic- would minimize that, and create more or a ruffled edge look, just be careful the keep the elastic taught, but not over stretch it! Can't wait to make this again :)
I made this dress before christmas. My variation is kinda doubled - it has 2 different sides so I can change the look, and it doesn't have "the wrong" side :) Thank you for making this tutorial!
