Why do you think this skill is underrated.

I can definitely see Robin has done a lot of inner work on himself.
He gave us so many great pointers such as
    - setting ourselves up with a great morning routine will determine your day
    - being able to reflect about ourselves and our day through meditation, journaling, reading etc is key to becoming self actualized
-Every single one of us has an inner genius but the way to reach it comes from being completely honest with yourself about everything and letting go of the limiting beliefs that bring you or anyone else down from reaching the genius inside
    - People that challenge us or give us the most difficulties are the ones we can learn the most about ourselves
This was Absolutely a great interview Lewis and really liked the questions you asked to get a deeper understanding of his thought process

Incredible show with Lewis Howes and Robin Sharma. WOW, this man has so many fabulous and deep insights, and the way he communicates them is just so rich.
Right now, I am at my third time watching this interview in less than 24 hours, and I am still amazed. Getting so many quotes for my journals, enriching my interior, character, and mindset - I definitely got some new "enchantments" to get me moving forward with my passions, seeking the deepest and healthiest relationships, making myself vulnerable and accepting criticism.
Some of the quotes I liked so far (I am at minute 15:45 on this third time watching while taking notes). So imagine if you watch the whole thing:
"Keep breaking your heart over and over until it opens" - Rumi
"A bad day for the EGO is a great day for the hero inside of us" -> Loved this one!
"Soul set is about developing a Rich, ROBUST, undefeatable character, so that when you go out in the world, you take the stones your critics throw at you and you build them into monuments of mastery"
BTW, I just bought his book, The 5 am Club. Can't wait to start reading it.
    Thank you for reading :)

Thank you Lewis for having him in the show. The questions you ask are so wise and thought provoking.
I am a huge fan of Robin Sharma's books.
His philosophy is so simple yet really powwerful. All the content is pure goodness, they make me feel like he was pouring his heart into his works.
But to be honest, this is the first time I've ever seen him in interview.
I was utterly in awe to see how calm and elegant his energy is, as if what he is saying is coming from a fountain of life, of love and of grace...
As he said in the interview, he's been through a lot of hardship and hells, but nothing could take away his tranquility and inner peace.
Huge respect for Robin Sharma, I will definitely check out his new book.

22:30 - I honestly think confrontation, especially with those who wish you unhappiness, is actually beneficial. These people are helping you, as Sharma says, to reveal your inner weaknesses. I notice I'm searching for confrontation with those type of people, which is in itself a weakness caused by other weaknesses.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed tuning into this video. Actually still watching at the 20 minute mark lol.
I serve as a healer and women’s empowerment coach, but more importantly I am a seer, intuitive empath, and emotional alchemist. I can literally channel other peoples emotions as I hear them speak. And I felt led to share a bit about how I was feeling as I was hearing you share your story.
Anytime you experience conflict in life, or you encounter experiences which challenge and threatens your inner balance and peace, it is always an opportunity to go inward to see what this ‘story’ or experience is trying to reveal to you about your inner world. Your inner Universe is trying to reveal what is not in alignment to the inner integrity of your inner world.
You had said in the video, “Let’s just say there have been a few people who have been attacking me online.” The very moment I heard you say that, I felt in the pit of my stomach a deep sense of rejection. And I know you said that you are at peace with it, and I saw this video was posted early February so perhaps you are now, but if I am being honest, it did not feel like you were at peace with it. It felt like you really wanted to be at peace with it and are really trying to be.
There are multiple things going on here, but what I feel is most important to share with you is that you are feeling the way you are because deep within your past you have anchored core emotional wounds around rejection, judgement, and around not feeling truly seen. It feels as if in the past you have healed a lot around that, but that there is still a bit more to resolve.
And on a soul level, your spirit is saying… “Lewis, it is time we resolve this. It is time we heal this.” That is why this is surfacing now, because it is time. And if you think of it on an multi-dimensional level, these souls (aggressor/perpetrators) have agreed to come here and play that role to help you see and heal your past… and on another level you are playing out a role for them to heal what is needed in their Universe.
It feels to me that when you do heal these wounds within this present experience… when you break through this particular core wound, it is going to lead to an inner explosion of creativity. It feels as if you will also find this spark towards a new venture or an idea you have been itching for. It's going to lead to a breakthrough within your business and you are going to hit momentum. Not sure if any of this makes sense to you. But it was what I was tuning into. I hope this helps you or anyone else reading this message that resonates with them.
Go inward. Heal your emotions around judgement, rejection, and not feeling seen. Love yourself. Give to yourself what you are needing most within those moments you felt rejected, judged, and misunderstood, and you will breakthrough this core wound. Wishing you healing, love and insight to you and all fellow lightworkers.

      6. "Success without soulfulness is a hollow victory."
      7. "A bad day for the ego is a good day for the hero inside of us."
      8. 'Keep breaking your heart again and again until it opens.' - Rumi

      11. I want to be used by the spirit that brings up the sun every morning and number
12: "When you work and live with a heart full of love and service for the betterment of a better world in a world where people sometimes mock that truth good things ALWAYS happen, even though it doesn't look like they're happening." - Robin Sharma
