Introducing tiny11 23H2

- After more than 6 months of waiting, tiny11 23H2 is here! Just like with tiny10 23H2, this new release has been rebuilt using the open-source OSDBuilder PowerShell tool, as well as some NTLite tweaking! This ensures perfect compatibility with most Windows components, so that even if they aren't there by default in a clean install, they can be loaded afterwards.
Also, for the first time, you can make your very own tiny11! On the download link you'll also find the OSDBuilder script needed to make your own similar image of tiny11! A how-to video which shows the creation of this exact ISO is out on my Patreon: / tiny11-23h2-of-89279739
Tiny11 23H2 fixes some nagging issues like the lack of Xbox Identity Provider and also removes some rarely-used components like Tablet PC Math.

@@shib5267 i mean... that's why i did make the switch, but considering that there is the builder scripts you can literally choose what you need or wish to remain in your installation and even now not everything works under Linux. I dont need all the jibberish when i just want 1 game to run in a second environment or run a quick virtualised test maschine. And i dont recognise OneDrive ads as toast messages as part of windows, the Gaming hub overlay i never use, Candy Crush ads in my start menu and that's just the very surface of thing... plus i like an install image that is easier to store due to reduced size. And the most important part: You've got another choice. One does not have to cut everything out of the official Windows. But we can, and this channel shows us how to if we care to look. And that's all 👍 at least imo

Bro that was a test run on vm with only 2 cores of that processor.
Do you happen to know how much more performant this is compared to regular Windows 11 at all (for your system)?

Fun project! Would love to see a performance comparison to see if this is worth using.
ofcoarse its not worth using in performance comparison. because size and memory use do not change performance. however, you do use less ram and disk size, and its mainly usefull on older computers or virtual machines.
@@faziolifairmont8125 Memory use can increase performance if you machine has less ram, or if your application needs a lot of ram, so I wouldn't say its not worth using for performance.

Update. I'm only a few minutes in and it worked surprisingly well on my decade old hardware. Freakin snappy! Not going back to Windows10 pro 22h2 where it will boot to it but the experience would be terrible. Thank You NTDev. i wish you had an option to donate not on a monthly basis. @@NotYourHCWWhen you use edge Bing AI should be there by default from what I remember. I use it and I like it. Slowly finding myself using it more than chrome nowadays.

There is high cpu usage because the computer is being run on a vm and virtual machines use less parts of the host processor so that is why the cpu usage is high.
This operating system can run on several generations of CPUs
Would be nice if you could make an edition without store, edge, updates, etc for a more minimal system😊

It's great after initial install but the second you run windows update it baloons up to 22GB in size which is only 2GB less than a regular windows install.
This is so great - I’m not in a position to be asking but will there be a no-sysreq version as there was of the original release pls?
The system requirements are already bypassed in this iso. There is no need for a “no sysreq” image.
I have an question, so i have windows 10, i install tiny 11 on a partition of the windows 10 disk, its normal but i want to remove windows 10 from the pc (i try it but it didn’t go well the pc says there no operating system i’m pretty sure i just remove the windows 10 from the menu like when i turn on the pc it shows 2 OS tiny 11 and windows10 so that my problem i dont have a USB Btw)

After installation I got some updates which were installed properly but since then it failed installing any cumulative updates: 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354), Install error - 0x800f081f. Do you have an idea how to fix and install the cumulative updates? (I am using an old computer with ASUS Z87 motherboard and Intel i7 4470K processor, windows 11 cannot be installed by default from Microsoft). Thank you

Hey, I suggest keeping an older os build of tiny 11 because Microsoft with one of their latest win11 builds is removing people's ability to run 3rd party customization software like classic shell and the like.
Update. My old windows 7 license underneath my laptop worked in activating Tiny11.

For me, it took up the same amount of storage as a regular installation of Windows 11 would. Not to mention that it also would not let me activate Windows at all

bro i install your windows 11 22h2 properply but when i try to boot my windows 11 it crash every time windows try to boot i re-install it 3 times but problem was same can you pls solve it??
Seems as another nice job by the designer, but I have a question: I want to make a clean install upgrading from win10 full version to Win11tiny. Should I buy a new licence, or can I use the old one? And if I need to buy a new one, which would that be? Pro or Home? I mean ISO file doesn't seem to have option. Thanks in advance for any answer.

Why in this build Location services are permanently disabled? "Some of these settings are managed by your organization". Who needs to shut that down completely and why? It's unimaginable. I specifically enabled Location when installing, but it's still not available. Tips from the internet to change group policy and registry did nothing to help. Is there any way to fix this nonsense?

If I update this, does Tiny11 become official Windows11 so meaning the Tiny features will replace and get back to original windows 11 with many bloatware and processes? @NTDEV
