    Sounds like a very healthy addiction to have! Great work. How much have you lost in total? 2lbs a week is considered pretty fast weight loss. I'm also dieting and eating plenty of chicken and brocolli. I have 2.5 Stone to lose in total. You look pretty good to me so don't be embarrassed! 💪

      Thank you for such lovely words😊 since beginning of January to this point I’m nearly a stone lighter. But the first time I done this a year ago I lost three stone. Good luck with your weight loss journey 💪🏻🤙🏻

      @@garyvandweller6959 ah that's very encouraging to hear. I'm also walking loads. The bottoms of my feet hurt! I'm averaging about 12000 steps a day. I also quit the fags 6 days ago and absolute zero booze. But I'm sleeping better, more energy (providing I have a little nap in the afternoon! 😆) and so far so good. Keep us updated.     You're not meant to lose weight on a #BroccoliAndChicken diet. You're meant to get ripped and gain 3 stone of abnormal muscle mass. Haven't you been listening to all the Hollywood actors about how they got huge in a few weeks, in their 40s or 50s? LOL
