I’m loving these! Gotta share a few hacks that works for me. I put a few pieces of paper towel under the parchment paper when I cook. After 5 min I need to flip and cook 2 more min. Also I put a bit of nooch on with the onion powder, super yummy. I know it depends on your micro but these mods really help me get a crunchy chip.

I just made these with our spice preferences and we loved them. We make fries the same way too. Thank you so much. God bless you and your family. ✝️🕊

I made these and my family loved them! We were amazed how crispy they came out with just a sharp knife. I don't have a mandoline yet but when i get one I'll make a large batch.

Tried these tonight. First batch I cooked too long, almost 6 minutes, crispy but with a burnt taste, second batch too much seasoning, cooked 5 minutes. I used one of those chip holder. Next time will use parchment paper and a plate to see what happens.

I'm trying these with my food processor. Hate cleaning the food processor but I'd rather not experiment with a mandolin again... crispy chips from the microwave (and with no oil) I would have never guessed was possible. TY 4 the ideas... !!

Will they be crispy if baked in the oven instead of microwave?

Looks great. Can’t wait to try.
I’m trying to become more of a vegetarian and drop some weight but chips have always been like Kryptonite to me with the fat and salt content. Like a lot of you, however, I really like something crunchy every so often.
This sounds so easy and I’ve got everything I need right at hand. The recipe just begs to be tried. I promise not to slice my finger off with the mandolin. 😁
