I hope we see Love's Bankai, Mashiro's shikai, and Hachi's shikai in the next cour, or at least Hachi should explain why he brings and keep his Zanpakuto in the kido box. As for Lisa I don't think Kubo will show her Bankai until the Hell Arc.
Tommo you think for Cour 4 you can livestream your reaction so that we in the community can react with you. Not sure how feasible it is but I think it would be a cool idea. Cheers to a banger of a season.
This cour was probably the best one imo. It's all really great. I think the Askin bit at the end makes sense. The production team probably had to quickly whip something up, and they just decided to tie up a couple of loose ends like the names of the Quincy. I'm now just thinking about the release date for cour 4. I probably sound greedy already theorizing about that, but my guess is Spring 2026. Mostly due to all the new content being added.
I really don't think we can get too worked up about our entire extra episode being a little shorter than expected when we weren't even really expecting it-especially not when our comedic filler comes in the form of a sweet askin Quincy lore drop! I loved it.
Too bad there's a 95% chance that nothing will come of it and they'll get immediately swept away next cour. But the anime staff is smart, they know they can give Bleach fans the tiniest of crumbs and they'll act like it's a full course meal.
@@Harsh12351its a weird thing. Because its the english word of Visored, it can/maybe should be Visored. But it was stylized as Vizard, which led to multiple different mispronounciations of the word, and kind of lost the original intent of the name.

Shinji's throwing away his captain coat and saying that Gerard was going to have to deal with the Vizards has me thinking they were banned from using their masks in exchange for returning to the Soul Society and this moment is them tossing away that agreement for the moment
Plus it makes sense they're comfortable doing so only after Shunsui has declared there is no honour in war, and took extreme measures in freeing Aizen. Just another way Yamamoto and Central 46 was holding everyone back.
I've always thought that if they just said this in cour one that they are banned from using the mask in exchange they are back to soul society as an order from central(forgot the number...) than that would be the perfect explanation to why they didn't used it until now.i wish at least in the next cour they will explain this like that

As someone who LOVES Rose, I'm so happy seeing how hyped you were from just hearing his voice. I immediately recognized it too, and seeing the Kinshara Whip was insane for my heart.
I was literally screaming and shaking when Rose showed up because I knew what it meant. Just as Tommo said, it's like a fan rewrite, I am extremely excited and can not wait.
I'm think Shinji and the other captains shucking their haoris signify that they're bucking the Central 46 rule about them not being able to use their hollow powers. Which was a stupid rule considering the situation, but no one ever considers common sense and the central 46 at the same time
It’s either that or my initial thought was maybe out of “respect” for the Gotei 13 they removed their Haori and/or Captain’s coat when masking up? Either way, it’s definitely indicative of something other than looking cool as hell.
I really like that they added the scene with Yukio and Riruka which sets up the return of the other Fullbringers. Also, the Askin segment at the end was hilarious! Especially his impressions of the Quincy Girls, that was some top notch voice acting, haha!
Yeah, they were training with the Shiba girl they going there is to get them for sure. Riruka being left out of the whole plan is also something that fits the character for her, she was always left out.
Just a theory BUT its possible that Katagiri had the antithesis ability before Uryu and wasn't effected by the auswählen originally, but Uryu was. So to save Uryu she used the ability to trade places with Uryu thereby making it so she died instead of him. Thats why A is the only repeated letter, bcos Uryu had the power (technically) before Ywach bestowed the letter upon him. Therefore, it was more of his mothers power returning back to him rather than a completely new ability. If that makes any sense?
I'm honestly thinking the same thing. It would just make sense and go along with some things we've seen like how in his senjumaru fight and the tidbits of stuff we saw like his fist and such. There's so much uryu stuff that needs answered and we will probably see those explained in his fight with jugo or hear me out a dual fight with him and ichigo vs ywach cause I want him to do more than shoot the silver arrow. Just like I want the dad's to fight him as well cause they deserve to get some well-deserved hits on the man who killed their wives.
Yes but i think its more realistic to think that the power is more genetic/bloodline related. Its a power that's passed down. Katagiri likely just traded the effects of the auswählen onto herself and died as a result. The Antithesis then returned to Ywach and then was given back to Uryu during the blood-drinking ceremony. OR The blood-drinking ceremony just awakened the Antithesis power inside of Uryu instead of Ywach actually giving it to him.
I will say, I was never a fan of the Vizards but I practically pee'd myself seeing that awesome set up. I have a good feeling they're gonna get a redemption fight just like Squad Zero. They're gonna still get their butts kicked but it's gonna look so epic.
The Quincy Daten is VERY old-school Studio Pierrot, where they would poke fun at how the studio is padding for time. Remember when Ichigo's fights in Hueco Mundo kept getting interrupted by fillers and Ichigo was always the last one getting the episode scripts? This is basically that XD
I remember the one time they ended a filler with ichigo falling back into hueco Mundo with Nel and Orihime showing him the Manga volume and telling him to hurry back where almost back to Canon 😂
@KingsKrimson Yeah, the Pantera Grimmjow manga volume and then they open it to the part where Ichigo reunited with Orihime. "Quick, Ichigo, you have to return to your spot!"
From what I've heard over 50% of the next cour will be anime only stuff. Kubo mentioned on a recent Tik Tok stream that there will be entire new episodes of content. Keep in mind this means that next cour we will get Uryu vs Jugram, God of Thunder Yoruichi and Urahara vs Askin, the Visoreds and the Gotei 13 vs Gerard which includes Toshiro's and Kenpachi's Bankai, Ichigo vs Yhwach, Aizen and Ichigo vs Yhwach. Keep in mind that most of these fights will be extended or altered or new ones will be added maybe for Grimmjow, Nel and will include new lore. Oh, yea and Isshin and Ryuken are here already so we might actually see them fight.
Oh right we still have to witness the nonsense thats Toshiro's bankai... Edit : Can we please replace his dumbass with more screen time for Visords, Isshin and Ryuken? 😅

It was so epic dude, I didn’t even expect to be this excited, but holy shit, that was as hype as it gets, and Kyorsku’s bankai was possibly my favorite part in all of the manga.
At least a 30~ second segment each episode, like how ‘The Illustrated Guide to Soul Reapers’ or ‘Arrancar Encyclopedia’ with Gin were. They could include the names of BG9’s and Robert’s Schrifts and have them return for a brief segment, among other new lore tidbits.

@@TruthSeeker23099 If you think about it, that's 30 seconds over 12 episodes end credits, it's not that bad. If they added it to the end of every episode it would've been the same. They gave us an extra 15+ minutes, last cour ended with about 10min left on episode 13, this one ended on Cour 3 Episode 14 at around 20 minutes, removing OP and ED that's about 15 minutes extra from this cour vs 10 min lost last cour.
I've not been able to sleep well because I have been waiting for this reaction video. Justice for the Vizards! Here's hoping Grimmjow, Nel, Harribel and the Fullbringers contribute big in the final cour.
I lost it when the vizards showed up. Thought of you instantly. Also, I felt similar about the ending as you did. It's cool that they essentially got the 13 'full' episodes given how the premiere started. I was okay with it, and then you made that point about the shrifts. God damn that would've been good.
25:43 I think Uryu like Ichigo is part fullbringer and doesn't know it. We see Uryus grandmother with a wound on her leg similar to Orihimes. It could explain why the Auswhalen did not kill him. Yhwach did say Uryu was special and asked him why he survived but we never got an answer. It could also explain why Uryu could get the drop on Yhwach later.
My personal belief is that the rain was the Auswalhen, and Katagiri was able to avoid it with the umbrella, however Uryu, or possibly even someone else, used Antithesis to give Uryu's effects to Katagiri. Would be a crazy setup for a "YOU killed your mother" type plot
I'm so happy for Shinji's redemption. He's an *old* Captain, having been a captain of over 100 years, 100 years ago, it was so sad to see him go out like he did. And Isshin and Ryuken showing up makes me think we get a fight scene with them. I don't know who, but man cour 4 is going to be a gift...
I didn’t know anything about Bleach and only started watching the anime TYBW. I watched your video that reviewed the whole story up to TYBW so that I know what’s going on. I originally had no plan to watch the episodes before TYBW but every time I watched your reviews I’m more and more inclined to bite the bullet and watched all 200+ episodes 😊
The Vizard scene made me stand up off the couch and shout out loud like a little kid! Idk the last time a moment in a tv show made me stand up like that😅
Even though old man yamis dead they all still honored his words and took their haoris off before summoning their masks. This has been a killer series with all the small details
The Askin bit at the end had like one interesting thing with the info on the 4 and then nothing, new. I think that time could've been used SO much better. I was really hoping for a bunch of Quincy Lore.
I feel like the reason Kira was expelled since the beginning of the war is because he would have been utterly merciless with the Quincies. For good reason considering the scale of destruction and dead soul reapers. Especially what Bazz-B and Giselle did to him, his captain and Rangiku. He’d make them crawl on the ground. Like a cockroach. Askin ranting about the Bambis was so funny considering how stupidly they just threw themselves at Yhwach only to get off screened.

Fantastic part 3 and a fantastic season overall. IT deserves all the praise and as an anime only, hearing how much this show has scaled up the fights and the story from the manga makes me so happy
Such an amazing cour. Couldn’t help but think about my favorite bleach RUclipsr during all these episodes! We’ve been waiting for so long and they certainly haven’t let us down.
my guess is that Uryu's mom was the next "special quincy that could give power" like Jugram. That's how she revived Uryu and in turn, sacrificed herself.
Watching the episode again made me realize that Hashwalth is more expressive because there is an element of jealousy in his perception of Uryu. Though he didn't show it, i fully believe that he wanted to be the heir just like Bazz said. However, he refused to oppose it out of twisted loyalty. That's why he pushed Uryu so much. He wanted to prove his worth by showing that he is capable of killing his loved ones for his King, unlike Uryu. That just made him so incredibly childish and an a**hole
The Souken flashback is exactly what this arc needed. We've been saying that a lot about the anime but the Souken lines really added so much to Uryu's entire character. It also created more questions on exactly what happened during the Auswahlen. They're hinting at a lot of changes for cour 4 and I am so excited. Also the Quincy Daten thing reminded me of a gag they would have done on Gintama, like they ran out of animation budget lmao.
They are fixing everything. This is literally the only media I've consumed lately that understands the material and the fans. Feels like getting spoiled.
Seeing Izuru back was badass and needed. More so since his actions in the war contributed to Soul Society's postwar reforms with him saving the only true reformist amongst the wolves of Central 46.
i'm interested to see if they are going to give matsumoto some love too , bc even in the last episode seeing her in the scene with hanataro. and then her gazing off into the distance at gerard i'm wondering if she is gonna end up helping with that fight. also hoping since isshin is back a bit early we'll get a old squad 10 reunion with all three of them😭. probably wishful thinking though

One thing I adore about the Visored bit was actually Shinji purposely removing his haori as he dons the Mask. I actually had to go back and see if Kensei and Rose both lost their as well, and lo and behold. This just reinforces the theories that return to the Captaincy was with the caveat that the Masks are forbidden. A caveat I'm willing to bet Kyoraku wouldn't uphold anyways~

Chad grabbing Ichigo's sword when he was falling then flinging him at Uryu was so goddamn cool and the highlight of an *incredible* episode. There's so much 'Bleach' in that moment and it's smothered in all that awesome TYBW awesome-sauce. In many repeat viewing to come that moment is going to remain such a crystalization of what the TYBW arc has added to the legend of Bleach.
Tommo truly went insane throughout this episode! Souken’s writing, The Vizards putting their masks on, Ichigo and gang meeting with Uryu, Renji returning, so much is worthy. Especially the Askin Quincy Daten ending works so well Can’t wait to see his reaction to the trailer for the Final Cour
13:58 i think the "my mothers blood" is a reference to the fact that she died. so this is a matter of vengeance. inherited, blood vengeance. blood for blood. i don't think it's specifically a reference to her being Gemischt. 29:43 i loved this episode. the Visoreds showing was probably my favorite part as well. seeing them all together, Rose quipping to Gerard about how it must've been a miracle that he attacked a defenseless girl yet managed to not harm her. um, seeing a bit more of Yoruichi & Yushiro vs Askin was great. Uryu vs Ichigo, part 2 was nice. yeah.
The Vizard shot was so hype man, and the setups for next cour are great! Seeing how there's about half a cour left of potential new content, I bet it's going to be more flashbacks regarding Yhwach and Uryu, dealing with Lille maybe with the help of the fullbring, Chad and Ganju vs Statues getting an upgrade in some fashion and a majorly extended final fight is my biggest wish

The Visoreds hollowfying might be my single favorite scene in the entire adaptation so far, it's just a dream come true
It was so epic dude, I didn’t even expect to be this excited, but holy shit, that was as hype as it gets, and Kyorsku’s bankai was possibly my favorite part in all of the manga.

At least a 30~ second segment each episode, like how ‘The Illustrated Guide to Soul Reapers’ or ‘Arrancar Encyclopedia’ with Gin were. They could include the names of BG9’s and Robert’s Schrifts and have them return for a brief segment, among other new lore tidbits.

They gave us an extra 15+ minutes, last cour ended with about 10min left on episode 13, this one ended on Cour 3 Episode 14 at around 20 minutes, removing OP and ED that's about 15 minutes extra from this cour vs 10 min lost last cour.

25:43 I think Uryu like Ichigo is part fullbringer and doesn't know it. We see Uryus grandmother with a wound on her leg similar to Orihimes. It could explain why the Auswhalen did not kill him. Yhwach did say Uryu was special and asked him why he survived but we never got an answer. It could also explain why Uryu could get the drop on Yhwach later.
My personal belief is that the rain was the Auswalhen, and Katagiri was able to avoid it with the umbrella, however Uryu, or possibly even someone else, used Antithesis to give Uryu's effects to Katagiri.
Would be a crazy setup for a "YOU killed your mother" type plot

I didn’t know anything about Bleach and only started watching the anime TYBW. I watched your video that reviewed the whole story up to TYBW so that I know what’s going on. I originally had no plan to watch the episodes before TYBW but every time I watched your reviews I’m more and more inclined to bite the bullet and watched all 200+ episodes 😊

I feel like the reason Kira was expelled since the beginning of the war is because he would have been utterly merciless with the Quincies. For good reason considering the scale of destruction and dead soul reapers. Especially what Bazz-B and Giselle did to him, his captain and Rangiku. He’d make them crawl on the ground. Like a cockroach.

Watching the episode again made me realize that Hashwalth is more expressive because there is an element of jealousy in his perception of Uryu.
Though he didn't show it, i fully believe that he wanted to be the heir just like Bazz said. However, he refused to oppose it out of twisted loyalty.
That's why he pushed Uryu so much.
He wanted to prove his worth by showing that he is capable of killing his loved ones for his King, unlike Uryu.
That just made him so incredibly childish and an a**hole
The Souken flashback is exactly what this arc needed. We've been saying that a lot about the anime but the Souken lines really added so much to Uryu's entire character. It also created more questions on exactly what happened during the Auswahlen. They're hinting at a lot of changes for cour 4 and I am so excited. Also the Quincy Daten thing reminded me of a gag they would have done on Gintama, like they ran out of animation budget lmao.
I'm so glad with the new things we got. Soken Ishida writing and narration was incredible. And the Vizards? Hell yeah!
They are fixing everything. This is literally the only media I've consumed lately that understands the material and the fans. Feels like getting spoiled.
Seeing Izuru back was badass and needed. More so since his actions in the war contributed to Soul Society's postwar reforms with him saving the only true reformist amongst the wolves of Central 46.

One thing I adore about the Visored bit was actually Shinji purposely removing his haori as he dons the Mask.
I actually had to go back and see if Kensei and Rose both lost their as well, and lo and behold.
This just reinforces the theories that return to the Captaincy was with the caveat that the Masks are forbidden. A caveat I'm willing to bet Kyoraku wouldn't uphold anyways~

Chad grabbing Ichigo's sword when he was falling then flinging him at Uryu was so goddamn cool and the highlight of an *incredible* episode. There's so much 'Bleach' in that moment and it's smothered in all that awesome TYBW awesome-sauce. In many repeat viewing to come that moment is going to remain such a crystalization of what the TYBW arc has added to the legend of Bleach.
Tommo truly went insane throughout this episode! Souken’s writing, The Vizards putting their masks on, Ichigo and gang meeting with Uryu, Renji returning, so much is worthy. Especially the Askin Quincy Daten ending works so well
Can’t wait to see his reaction to the trailer for the Final Cour

29:43 i loved this episode. the Visoreds showing was probably my favorite part as well. seeing them all together, Rose quipping to Gerard about how it must've been a miracle that he attacked a defenseless girl yet managed to not harm her. um, seeing a bit more of Yoruichi & Yushiro vs Askin was great. Uryu vs Ichigo, part 2 was nice. yeah.
