Although she was welcomed... her energy with these ladies is just so amazing , she’s confident within herself and is not afraid to say what she feels... it was a very natural ease into her role on the show !! I can tell she’s gonna do great... plus she’s friends with all of these girls prior to working with them so it’s an even better fit
Garcelle seems to have a sensitive and sweet soul like Tam. I'm glad that we still get a "taste" of Tamera even though she's not on the show anymore. Garcelle will blend it wonderfully and i hope that she makes a name for herself on the show. I hope she stays ❤

Garcelle fits in so well to the point I didn't even miss Tamera and I love Tam! I admit I didn't like the choice at first but Garcelle did her thing all week. I love her energy and conversation and I will continue to support The Real!
EXACTLY!!! I truly didn't miss Tam, but I'm more of a Tia fan, however, Tam did well for 5 seasons and started to stress out the last year or 2 ish. I thought Garcelle was such a natural the transition was seamless. Wishing Tam the best, but I'm happy with the change.💕🌸👏🏽

She's a mom between 29 & 30, she's from Canada, she is a black woman who's Trinidadian, and she is hilarious! She is very wholesome and well-spoken and educated, but like I said before, is VERY funny! She also is kind of crazy, but in the same way that Jeannie is crazy. Honestly, if I had to compare her personality to anyone on this show it would be Jeannie, but she's is a little more wholesome. So yeah, I think someone like her could've brought a much younger perspective, although she's not THAT young. I agree. I mean theres Adrienne who is the voice of the younger ppl on the panel but shes gonna be 37 next month 😅. Wouldve been nice to see someone in their late 20s or early 30s. Also I think The Real should've done everything they could to keep Amanda. I get that Tam wanted out to be with her family and she'll be missed (she was one of my faves) but they should've fought harder to keep Amanda.

In the last couple of years Tamera has gone through alot in her personal life where she was absent from the show at times and they had guest co hosts. The comments whenever she was absent were less than complimentary and when she did return she was so called "too quiet" on topics. And when she'd have her children on the show both in the studio and at home, she was deemed "unprofessional". Now there's a 180 in opinion and "the show will never be the same without Tamera" so I'm thinking do people really feel her leaving the show automatically erases their negative comments and is the real daytime fan base full of fakes🤔
Tamera had great qualities and not so get great. She was open minded when it came to opinions and tried not to judge even if she didn't and she did give great advice, BUT she was annoy with bringing up het husband and kids EVERY episode. The truth is she wants to be stay at home mom and that is okay. There is nothing wrong with that. I will miss her on the show, but I think she will be happier.
Yes Tamara was good but the show must go on. Tamara has other bigger opportunities on hand. I genuinely thinks the rest of the ladies are doing a good job.
The producers was cutting her salary that's why Tamera re-sign from the show. You would quit too if your salary was cut from 3 to 1 million dollars per year.
